[摘要] 目的 觀察并探討評判性思維在創(chuàng)傷骨科病區(qū)護理風險管理中的應用效果與價值。 方法 選取2017年12月—2019年2月期間152例該院收治的創(chuàng)傷骨科患者以及14名護理工作人員,將所有患者隨機分為實驗組與對照組,每組患者76例、護理人員7名,所有患者入院后均給予常規(guī)護理,實驗組患者同時應用評判性思維護理風險管理模式,對兩組患者的護理滿意度、意外傷情況以及投訴率進行觀察與對比。 結果 實驗組患者護理滿意度高達96.05%,顯著高于對照組(81.58%),兩組患者護理滿意度比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。實驗組患者意外傷發(fā)生率以及投訴率分別為9.22%、5.26%,與對照組(36.84%)、(17.11%)結果比較均顯著較低,兩組結果比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論 在創(chuàng)傷骨科病區(qū)護理中應用評判性思維護理風險管理模式具有顯著臨床效果,能夠降低患者的意外事件發(fā)生率及患者投訴率,改善患者預后并增強患者生存質(zhì)量,值得推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and explore the application effect and value of critical thinking in nursing risk management in traumatic orthopedic wards. Methods From December 2017 to February 2019, 152 patients with traumatic orthopedics and 14 nursing staff were enrolled in the hospital. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 76 patients in each group and 7 nursing staff. All patients were given routine care after admission. The experimental group also used the critical thinking nursing risk management model to observe and compare the nursing satisfaction, accidental injury and complaint rate of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was as high as 96.05%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.58%). There was a statistical difference in the satisfaction of the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of accidental injuries and complaints in the experimental group were 9.22% and 5.26%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (36.84%) and (17.11%). The results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of critical thinking nursing risk management mode in traumatic orthopedic ward care has significant clinical effects, which can reduce the incidence of accidents and patient complaints, improve the prognosis of patients and enhance the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.

評判性思維是一種有目的的內(nèi)心活動及邏輯思維方法,人們在進行活動時會產(chǎn)生相應想法,并且判斷、評價所產(chǎn)生的想法[1]。醫(yī)療護理風險管理是管理醫(yī)務人員、患者、藥物、設備、環(huán)境、醫(yī)療技術以及護理制度等風險因素的活動。大部分創(chuàng)傷骨科患者是由于意外事故及車禍等情況造成,所以患者具有復合傷、多發(fā)傷、急診多等特征,并且病情變化快且極為復雜,患者臥床時間較長,因此臨床護理難度較高且提出了新的護理要求[2]。對及時發(fā)現(xiàn)護理中各類風險并進行處理,有助于護理質(zhì)量的不斷提升,很大程度上這已經(jīng)成為骨科護理管理工作中面臨的新問題[3]。該研究于2017年12月—2019年2月選取了152例該院收治的創(chuàng)傷骨科患者,所有患者入院后均給予常規(guī)護理,實驗組患者同時應用評判性思維護理風險管理模式,對兩組患者的護理滿意度、意外傷情況以及投訴率進行觀察與對比,現(xiàn)報道如下。
