Abstract：The ideological and political education is the gradual expansion of the environment，this environment includes social environment，school environment，family environment and so on.Through the summary of the ideological and political education environment and the campus environment，the paper discusses the material environment and spiritual environment in the campus environment，puts forward the thinking and optimizes it.

At present，China is in a period of leaps and bounds.This will inevitably cause profound changes in all aspects of the society as a whole.It is particularly important to propose and implement countermeasures to address such outstanding issues in response to the campus environment of ideological and political education in universities and to enhance their effectiveness.

1 The ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities—an overview of the campus environment

1.1 Ideological and Political Education Environment in Colleges and Universities

The ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities refers to the sum of all internal and external factors that affect the ideological and political education activities of colleges and universities，and affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The main target of education is college students，and the environment is only for the students environment.

1.2 Campus Environment

Campus environment is the environment for students to study and live.For the campus environment，it mainly starts from two major environments： one is from the material environment of college students learning and living； the other is from the perspective of the spiritual environment of college students study and life.

2 The ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities—the problem of campus environment

For the campus environment，it mainly starts from the two major environments.First，it refers to the hardware environment of college students learning and living.Second，it refers to the software environment of college students learning and living.

3 Reflections on the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities—campus environment

Thinking of the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities，after analyzing the problems in the campus environment，the integrated campus material environment and the campus spiritual environment have targeted，complete，and explicit optimization of the campus environment.

3.1 Creating a Good Campus Material Environment

The first is to attach importance to the overall planning of campus construction.The second is to use the collective wisdom of all teachers and students to conduct scientific research.

3.2 Creating a Harmonious，Healthy，and Honest Campus Spiritual Environment

First，we must strengthen the schools spiritual and cultural development and give full play to the campus culture.Second，the school administrators must put forward specific requirements for fostering a good mental environment.

At the time of the Nineteenth Congress，the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities is still the focus of many university representatives.Understand the problems existing in the campus environment under the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities，and take active and effective optimization measures in order to improve the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities.
