京郊奶牛場(chǎng)奶牛福利與養(yǎng)殖狀況調(diào)研報(bào)告
——奶牛福利設(shè)施、飲水和健康狀況

為了考察北京市奶牛場(chǎng)環(huán)境調(diào)控能力、牛群健康與福利狀態(tài),本次專項(xiàng)調(diào)研收集了來自密云、大興、昌平、延慶、順義、房山6個(gè)區(qū)的62家存欄量在100頭以上的規(guī)?;膛?chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)。調(diào)查指標(biāo)涉及福利設(shè)施裝配情況(牛體刷、牛舍到擠奶廳橡膠過道鋪設(shè)、擠奶廳地面防滑設(shè)計(jì))、飲水器清潔頻率及飲水衛(wèi)生、乳房炎隨季節(jié)的發(fā)生率以及牛體表缺損狀況等。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)安裝牛體刷牛場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)奶量比沒有安裝牛體刷的牛場(chǎng)高出8.3%;從牛舍到擠奶廳鋪設(shè)橡膠過道與沒有鋪設(shè)橡膠過道的牛場(chǎng)相比,前者產(chǎn)奶量比后者高6.7%;(2)1~3d清潔一次飲水設(shè)施的牛場(chǎng)占到51.6%,其產(chǎn)奶量相比不定期清潔的牛場(chǎng)提高16.7%,差異顯著;(3)夏季是臨床乳房炎高發(fā)季節(jié);(4)奶牛體表有缺毛的斑、關(guān)節(jié)破損和腫脹、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生跛行的比例少于一成的牛場(chǎng)分別占98.4%、85.5%和85.5%,相比發(fā)生比例大于一成的牛場(chǎng),其年平均產(chǎn)奶量依次高5.7%、3.8%和1.9%。

奶牛的生產(chǎn)性能和健康狀況不僅僅和胎次、年齡等自身的因素有關(guān),還和生存的環(huán)境有著密切的關(guān)系。通過增加環(huán)境富集度和福利設(shè)施等,可以在很大程度上提高奶牛的福利水平,從而提高奶牛生產(chǎn)性能。作為牛舍福利設(shè)施之一的牛體刷已經(jīng)廣泛地被應(yīng)用,它不僅能提高動(dòng)物體表的清潔度[1]、減少牛體表細(xì)菌數(shù)[2],還能提高產(chǎn)奶量[3]。此外,采食通道、休息場(chǎng)所和擠奶廳的地面材料也會(huì)直接影響到奶牛的生產(chǎn)性能和健康狀況。Somers等[4]報(bào)道,與漏縫、水泥地板相比,有秸稈墊料設(shè)施的牛場(chǎng)奶牛肢蹄障礙發(fā)病率最低。本次對(duì)北京市100頭以上規(guī)模的奶牛場(chǎng)專項(xiàng)調(diào)研了其福利設(shè)施、飲水、體表健康狀況和乳房炎發(fā)生情況,現(xiàn)將這部分內(nèi)容分析總結(jié)如下。
1.1 牛體刷
孫建萍[5]在規(guī)模化奶牛場(chǎng)奶牛福利的探討中提到,經(jīng)常刷拭牛體可使產(chǎn)奶量提高3%~5%。本次調(diào)研的62家牛場(chǎng)中,牛舍或運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)安裝牛體刷的有13家(見表1)。與沒有安裝牛體刷的牛場(chǎng)相比,其年產(chǎn)奶量高出8.3%。因此,建議有條件的牛場(chǎng)可以安裝牛體刷,其對(duì)奶牛產(chǎn)奶量的提高有一定的促進(jìn)作用。

1.2 采食通道、擠奶通道及奶廳地面
奶牛喜歡站立和行走在干燥松軟的地面上,這樣可減少跛足的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。Flower等[6]的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鋪有橡皮膠墊牛舍的牛群步態(tài)評(píng)分比水泥地板的牛群好,說明鋪設(shè)橡皮膠墊能給跛腳奶牛提供安全舒適的地板環(huán)境。對(duì)本次調(diào)研的62家牛場(chǎng)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),分別有55家、52家牛場(chǎng)的采食通道、擠奶通道為水泥地面,相應(yīng)占比為88.7%、83.9%;從牛舍到擠奶廳鋪設(shè)橡膠過道有18家牛場(chǎng),其年平均產(chǎn)奶量(8 425kg)比沒有鋪設(shè)橡膠過道的牛場(chǎng)(7860.5kg)高出6.7%;擠奶廳地面進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)的有44家牛場(chǎng),其年平均產(chǎn)奶量為8 074kg,比沒有進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)的牛場(chǎng)(7993.3kg)高1.0%(圖1)??梢姡瑥呐I岬綌D奶廳鋪設(shè)橡膠過道、對(duì)擠奶廳地面進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)不但能減少奶牛跛足或滑倒的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而且對(duì)提高奶牛產(chǎn)奶量有幫助。

奶牛的需水量與其年齡、體重、產(chǎn)奶量有關(guān),同時(shí)也與季節(jié)、氣溫、飼料品種、采食飼料的數(shù)量等因素有關(guān)。生產(chǎn)中必須給予奶牛充足的飲水,飲水槽放置的位置應(yīng)確保奶牛隨時(shí)可以飲到水,每頭泌乳牛至少要有10cm的飲水空間。飲水槽周圍地面應(yīng)當(dāng)有適宜的坡度,以避免積水,影響奶牛安全地靠近飲水設(shè)施;同時(shí)應(yīng)經(jīng)常清洗、消毒飲水槽,確保飲水衛(wèi)生。在冬季時(shí),北方地區(qū)還應(yīng)注意避免飲水結(jié)冰,必要時(shí)應(yīng)給水槽保溫或用電加熱飲水,水溫宜大于12℃[5]。
經(jīng)對(duì)62家奶牛場(chǎng)的飲水情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),59家牛場(chǎng)的飲水器是水槽(占95%以上);52家牛場(chǎng)飲水時(shí)奶牛無排隊(duì)現(xiàn)象(占83.9%),表明這些牛場(chǎng)飲水設(shè)施充足。對(duì)飲水器清潔頻率和飲水設(shè)施或飲水衛(wèi)生情況的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),1~3d清潔一次的牛場(chǎng)占51.6%,其奶牛年平均產(chǎn)奶量為8 362kg,相比不定期清潔的牛場(chǎng)產(chǎn)奶量高16.7%,差異顯著(表2)。飲水槽中不長(zhǎng)綠藻、寒冷季節(jié)備有飲水加熱裝置的牛場(chǎng)分別有55家、51家,占調(diào)研牛場(chǎng)的88.7%、82.3%,這些牛場(chǎng)奶牛年平均產(chǎn)奶量相比飲水槽中長(zhǎng)綠藻、寒冷季節(jié)沒有飲水加熱裝置的牛場(chǎng)高5.4%、13.7%(表3),表明注重飲水衛(wèi)生和冬季用溫水的牛場(chǎng)奶牛年平均產(chǎn)奶量有較大幅度提升[7]。

3.1 乳房炎
乳房炎是奶牛的常見疾病之一,在生產(chǎn)中的發(fā)病率甚至高達(dá)40%,牛舍設(shè)計(jì)不合理、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生差、擠奶不當(dāng)都均易引發(fā)乳房炎。奶牛若患上乳房炎,不但影響其產(chǎn)奶量,還會(huì)影響牛奶質(zhì)量,嚴(yán)重時(shí)大量牛奶被迫廢棄,給奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。通過對(duì)62家牛場(chǎng)的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),77.4%的牛場(chǎng)認(rèn)為乳房炎發(fā)生率最高的季節(jié)是夏季,高于其他季節(jié)4倍以上(圖2)。乳房炎最高發(fā)生率低于5%、高于5%的各有31家,前者的奶牛年平均產(chǎn)奶量高于后者1.4%(表4)。

3.2 牛體表缺損和跛行
本次調(diào)研關(guān)注的主要是牛體表有無缺毛的斑、關(guān)節(jié)有無破損和腫脹、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)有無發(fā)生跛行。調(diào)研結(jié)果顯示,體表有缺毛的斑、有關(guān)節(jié)破損和腫脹、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生跛行的比例少于一成的牛場(chǎng)分別占98.4%、85.5%和85.5%,相比發(fā)生比例大于一成的牛場(chǎng),其年平均產(chǎn)奶量依次高出5.7%、3.8%和1.9%(表5)。

4.1 安裝牛體刷的牛場(chǎng)在調(diào)研的牛場(chǎng)中僅占21.0%,其年產(chǎn)奶量比沒有安裝牛體刷的牛場(chǎng)高8.3%。
4.2 從牛舍到擠奶廳鋪設(shè)橡膠過道、對(duì)擠奶廳地面進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)的牛場(chǎng)分別占29.0%、71.0%,與沒有鋪設(shè)橡膠過道、沒有進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)的牛場(chǎng)相比,年平均產(chǎn)奶量分別高6.7%、1.0%。
4.3 95%以上的牛場(chǎng)飲水使用水槽,83.9%的牛場(chǎng)飲水時(shí)奶牛無排隊(duì)現(xiàn)象,表明這些牛場(chǎng)飲水設(shè)施充足。每1~3d清潔飲水設(shè)施一次、飲水槽中不長(zhǎng)綠藻、寒冷季節(jié)備有飲水加熱裝置的牛場(chǎng)分別占比51.6%、88.7%、82.3%,相比不定期清潔飲水設(shè)施、飲水槽中長(zhǎng)綠藻、寒冷季節(jié)沒有飲水加熱裝置的牛場(chǎng),年平均產(chǎn)奶量分別高16.7%、5.4%、13.7%,表明注重飲水衛(wèi)生和冬季飲水溫度的牛場(chǎng)奶牛年平均產(chǎn)奶量有較大幅度提升。
4.4 在62家牛場(chǎng)中,認(rèn)為夏季乳房炎高發(fā)的牛場(chǎng)占比為77.4%,高于其他季節(jié)4倍以上。
4.5 奶牛體表有缺毛的斑、有關(guān)節(jié)破損和腫脹、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)發(fā)生跛行的比例少于一成的牛場(chǎng)分別占98.4%、85.5%和85.5%,相比發(fā)生比例大于一成的牛場(chǎng),其年平均產(chǎn)奶量依次高出5.7%、3.8%和1.9%。

Study Report on Dairy Welfare and Health Feeding in Beijing: Investigation on Welfare Facilities, Drinking and Health Condition

This report was aimed to investigate the environmental regulation and control ability, health and welfare condition of dairy cow in Beijing. Sixty two dairy farms were investigated, of which the breeding stock was more than 100 head and from 6 counties and districts of Miyun, Daxing, Changping, Yanqing, Shunyi and Fangshan. In the present part, it was focused on welfare facilities (cow brushing, rubber corridor from the barn to milking parlour, skid resistance for floor of milking parlour), drinking and health condition for dairy cows. The results were concluded that: ①The annual milk yield increased by 8.3% in the farm of installing cow brushing than those not; and increased 6.7% in the farms where owed rubber corridor from the barn to milking parlour comparing to those have not; ②51.6% farms did cleaning on every 1~3 day, and contributed to a significantly increase of 16.7% annual milk yield than those not; ③Summer is the season that incidence of mastitis occurs most; ④ Body condition and lame are both directly correlated to milk yield. The farm of no less than 10% for spot without hair, damaged joints and swelling, moving with limp were 98.4%, 85.5% and 85.5%, respectively, and compared to those more than 10%, the average annual milk yield increased 5.7%, 3.8% and 1.9%, respectively.
