為調(diào)動學生的學習積極性,在本節(jié)示范教學中需要拋卻傳統(tǒng)教法,嘗試運用多媒體等現(xiàn)代手段,引入圖片助教激發(fā)學生興趣,激活其背景知識和相關(guān)詞塊儲備;引導學生運用查讀、速讀等閱讀技巧快速尋找信息;指導學生分析數(shù)據(jù)、歸納組群、深層推斷、科學表述,從而達到“四有”好課標準,并且在教學流程中力爭做到胸中有綱、心中有本、目中有人、腹中有數(shù)。
本課設(shè)計遵從現(xiàn)代英語教學倡導的兩個理念
第一,“4C”目標,即交流、合作、創(chuàng)新、批判性思維(communication,cooperation,creation,and critical thinking)。
第二,情境教學。在課堂上,引導學生“在學中用,在用中學”,注重情境創(chuàng)設(shè),使學生能夠“l(fā)earn to learn”。
使用“激趣”“導理”等手段降低學習難度,是本節(jié)課教學設(shè)計的重點之一。
在“讀前”“讀中”“讀后”三個教學段中分布教學任務(wù),在“課前”“課中”“課后”三個教學環(huán)節(jié)中完成“教學準備”“教學實施”“鞏固延伸”。

然而,教學是一項遺憾的藝術(shù),在教學過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)對于學生的認知水平預估過高,因而教學環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計稍顯冗雜,導致討論環(huán)節(jié)時間緊張,討論結(jié)果粗放,若能準確預估學生的認知水平,在此基礎(chǔ)上簡化教學環(huán)節(jié),減少教學步驟,會收到更好的教學效果。
