教學(xué)設(shè)計理念:高職院校以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從事某一職業(yè)或職業(yè)群所需要的應(yīng)用知識和專業(yè)技能為目的,要求學(xué)生把課堂所學(xué)運用于實際生活。因此高職院校的改革應(yīng)減少對學(xué)生純書本知識的要求,而應(yīng)把他們的主要精力集中在大理念的形成上,這些大理念將使他們在以飛速變化為特征的未來社會中受益匪淺。
一、學(xué)情分析
報關(guān)與國際貨運專業(yè)07級的學(xué)生這學(xué)期結(jié)束就將離開學(xué)校預(yù)就業(yè)實習(xí)了。作為他們來說,首先,英語能力一般,更不用說口語了;其次,即將離開學(xué)校,難免有些浮躁情緒。但是有一點可喜的是,他們敢于開口說,這恰恰是練好口語的關(guān)鍵。所以在日常視聽說教學(xué)中,我更加注重學(xué)生對語言的感覺以及對訓(xùn)練項目整體的把握,而不是計較他們的詞匯量大小以及語法錯誤等等。
二、教材分析
《外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)綜合實訓(xùn)—口語模塊》選用的教材是外研社出版的由馬龍海主編的《新視野商務(wù)英語視聽說》,該教材每單元的選題進口當(dāng)今商務(wù)行政和國際貿(mào)易活動的某一個方面,各章節(jié)練習(xí)圍繞學(xué)生在該領(lǐng)域?qū)⒁鎸Σ?yīng)該了解和掌握的問題展開;每一個模塊都給基于一個模擬的商務(wù)交際情景,使學(xué)生在掌握語言技能的同時,能夠在模擬商務(wù)場景中操練商務(wù)交際技能,并了解相關(guān)的商務(wù)知識。
三、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析
本單元以接待來賓為中心話題,主要內(nèi)容涉及在辦公室及在機場接待來賓時的商務(wù)交際用語。
本課是本單元的第二次課,由PartⅤ Language Focus B和PartⅥVideo2組成
1.教學(xué)重點:
(1)機場接機、送客人去酒店、送別客人時常用的單詞及短語。
(2)如何正確的在機場接待來賓。
2.教學(xué)難點:
(1)聽懂、理解視頻中的模擬場景。
(2)如何得體的在辦公室及機場接待來賓。
四、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.知識目標(biāo)。通過本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠:
(1)能夠理解視頻的主要內(nèi)容,完成給定情景的實訓(xùn)任務(wù)。
(2)能夠在實訓(xùn)任務(wù)中體會并初步掌握機場接機的常用交際用語。
2.情感目標(biāo)。通過觀看視頻示范,了解機場接機時得體的語言表達(dá)及得體的行為舉止。
3.能力目標(biāo)。
(1)通過小組討論的形式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團隊合作精神,以及他們的語言組織能力和口頭表達(dá)能力。
(2)從既關(guān)鍵又容易理解的語言知識和技巧入手來切入主題,由聲音道圖像,從不同的角度使學(xué)生得以舉一反三的操練英語聽說技能,提高商務(wù)操作能力。

Work in groups. Role-play the following situation.
You are the Export Manager of Guangzhou Cosmetics Ltd. and are now at Baiyun Airport to meet your Canadian customer, Mr. Wilson. Youve been dealing with each other through correspondence for one or two years, but have never met before. After you meet, you exchange greetings, say a few words about his flight and the weather, and make a small talk on the way to the hotel.

六、教學(xué)反思
本次課完成了既定的教學(xué)目標(biāo),課堂氣氛活躍。我對本次課的安排做了精心的設(shè)計:第一步,布置了本次課的實訓(xùn)任務(wù),給定情景來完成對話;第二步,用本單元視頻中的對話作為示范,讓學(xué)生熟悉機場迎賓的流程;第三步,從幾個方面給學(xué)生歸納在機場接機時的一些商務(wù)交際用語;第四步,對學(xué)生進行分組,4人一組來完成前面所布置的實訓(xùn)任;第五步,讓學(xué)生來匯報表演,老師及其他學(xué)生進行點評;第六步,復(fù)習(xí)鞏固對話練習(xí)中出現(xiàn)的機場接機是常用的交際用語;第七部,課后作業(yè)的布置。
從學(xué)生的實訓(xùn)任務(wù)完成的情況來看,存在著幾個問題:①雖然能基本聽懂示范視頻中的內(nèi)容,但是運用到自己的對話中時還欠流利,主要在于平時的練習(xí)少;②很多學(xué)生在完成實訓(xùn)任務(wù)時,聲音放不開,甚至不敢抬頭看對話的另一方,心里對于說英語有著莫名的害怕,不愿說,不敢說,太缺乏自信;③有少數(shù)學(xué)生首先在思想上就不重視口語課,他們認(rèn)為,我是學(xué)報關(guān)的,以后也不需要說英語,其實,英語現(xiàn)在在各行各業(yè)都被廣泛的使用,它是一個必備的工具。
作為商務(wù)英語視聽說的授課老師,我需要做很多的課前準(zhǔn)備和課后分析。收集與主題相關(guān)的材料,依據(jù)學(xué)生實際情況設(shè)計課堂活動,調(diào)整教學(xué)內(nèi)容。因為商務(wù)知識和經(jīng)驗的欠缺,學(xué)生在回答問題或表演時有可能出現(xiàn)無話可說或嚴(yán)重離題的現(xiàn)象。以后遇到這種情況,我就要特別注意評價的技巧,多鼓勵,少批評,以免打擊學(xué)生的積極性。
