（1） To get the Ss to acquire a good knowledge of the healthy eating and learn to form the good habit of the healthy diet.

（2） To enable Ss to realize the importance of the balanced diet and to keep fit.

Step I Lead in and warming up（5′）

教師活動(dòng)： Showing pictures and asking questions.

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：Discuss and describe what you see in the picture.

設(shè)計(jì)目的：通過(guò)設(shè)問(wèn)，激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣及參與性；通過(guò)圖片，讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)單詞，了解各類(lèi)食物對(duì)人體的功能。

Step II Pre-reading （3′）

Today we are going to read the story about Wang Pings and Yong Huis running restaurant. Now look at the title and the pictures and guess what it will be about.

教師活動(dòng)：Asking the related questions.

學(xué)生活動(dòng)： 根據(jù)標(biāo)題、圖片及問(wèn)題，猜測(cè)故事大意及寫(xiě)作意圖。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：激活學(xué)生思維，提升學(xué)生猜測(cè)能力，明確寫(xiě)作目的，懂得健康飲食的重要性。

Step III While-reading-comprehending（20′）

1.Skimming （4′）

Skimming and summarizing ：exercise 4 on page11.

教師活動(dòng)：教師用投影儀展示出文章框架。

Part 1 Wang Peng is worried because his restaurant is not as full as it usually is.

Part 2 He follows his friend to a newly opened restaurant which is very popular.

Part 3 Worried， he does some research to win his customers back.

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：快速瀏覽課文，找尋主題句，概括大意。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：訓(xùn)練學(xué)生快速閱讀及段意概括的能力。

2.Careful reading （16′）

教師活動(dòng)：多媒體展示原題，要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真閱讀課文，尋找相關(guān)信息， 完成任務(wù)。

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：認(rèn)真閱讀課文完成任務(wù)，然后向全班匯報(bào)。

（2）課文細(xì)節(jié)及長(zhǎng)難句釋意題.Page11 Exercise2.（5′）

教師活動(dòng)：多媒體展示長(zhǎng)難句.

（3）兩人餐館優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析對(duì)照題。Page11 Exercise3（4′）

教師活動(dòng)：多媒體展示對(duì)照表格。

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：認(rèn)真閱讀課文完成任務(wù)，然后向全班匯報(bào)。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：（1）訓(xùn)練學(xué)生快速查讀細(xì)節(jié)、捕捉信息的能力。

（2）訓(xùn)練學(xué)生駕馭長(zhǎng)難句的能力。

Step IV Tape playing（4′）

教師活動(dòng)：Playing.

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：Listening and following， paying attention to the pronuncia-tion、tune、intonation and stress.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的整體閱讀理解能力、聽(tīng)力、語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)及跟讀能力及對(duì)文章關(guān)鍵細(xì)節(jié)的推斷能力。

Step V Extended discussion（延伸討論，5′）

教師活動(dòng)：1. 結(jié)合課文理解，用多媒體展示練習(xí)5，引發(fā)學(xué)生深層思考。

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：分組討論，收集信息，小組發(fā)言，選代表匯報(bào)。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：（1）培養(yǎng)學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

（2）訓(xùn)練學(xué)生英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。

（3）使整堂課上升到情感高度，讓學(xué)生獲得知識(shí)與心靈的雙重收獲。

Step VI Consolidation and summary（小結(jié)鞏固，2′）

教師活動(dòng)：參照板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)，小結(jié)鞏固文章大意及重點(diǎn)單詞、短語(yǔ)和句型。

學(xué)生活動(dòng)：理解識(shí)記，鞏固消化。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：提升課堂教學(xué)效果，深化主題。

Ending（結(jié)束語(yǔ)）

1. Read the text aloud.

2. Write out a passage on any of the topics.
