摘 要:細(xì)胞核內(nèi)外通過核膜進(jìn)行著廣泛的物質(zhì)信息交流,這種交流對(duì)細(xì)胞基因的表達(dá)直至整個(gè)細(xì)胞生命活動(dòng)均起著重要的調(diào)控作用。核膜的功能及細(xì)胞增殖調(diào)控研究是細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的前沿科學(xué)。核膜蛋白與核膜功能發(fā)揮及細(xì)胞增殖調(diào)控密切相關(guān),其功能異常將導(dǎo)致人類重大疾病。該課題將圍繞核膜動(dòng)態(tài)變化及核膜功能中的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題,深入研究核膜融合及核孔復(fù)合體裝配的分子基礎(chǔ)和機(jī)理。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括參與核膜組裝的關(guān)鍵蛋白,如,RanGTPase及其結(jié)合和調(diào)控蛋白、Importin-beta、Nucleoplasmin、HP1、LBR、Crm1、Pericentrin等在核膜動(dòng)態(tài)變化中的作用,了解核膜膜泡的募集、融合以及核孔復(fù)合體裝配的分子機(jī)制。

The Nuclear Envelope Dynamics and the Cell Proliferation Regulation /Project Report

Abstract:The material exchange between inside and outside of the nucleus,which is mainly through the nuclear envelope (NE), is important for the gene expressions and cell life. The NE proteins play crucial roles for the NE dynamics,the NE functions and the cell proliferation.Dysfunctions of the NE proteins are highly related to disorders of the NE dynamics and result in severe diseases.This project will mainly focuse on the the NE dynamics and functions, and the molecular mechanisms of the NE and nuclear pore complex assembly by investigating the functions of the key proteins in NE and nuclear pore complex assembly processes, including Ran GTPase and associated proteins, importin-beta, nucleoplasmin, HP1, LBR, Crm1 and pericentrin etc.
