摘 要：中小型水電站建設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)地域復(fù)雜，然其需要協(xié)調(diào)、完善的事項(xiàng)不亞于中大型水電站建設(shè)。而且在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中能得到有關(guān)部門的支持力度又遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)趕不上中大型水利項(xiàng)目，因此，在中小型水電站項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的勘察設(shè)計(jì)、前期報(bào)審（批）、參建各方的選擇及合同的文本條款落實(shí)方面更要高度重視。本文從參與那新水電站的建設(shè)全過程對以上各方面的工作進(jìn)行論述，希望能給類似水電站項(xiàng)目帶來借鑒。
