教學(xué)目標(biāo)：學(xué)生能識(shí)記、拼讀wh輔音字母組合，能分音節(jié)拼讀單詞，由易到難，在繞口令、故事閱讀中提高wh字母組合的復(fù)現(xiàn)率，開闊學(xué)生視野，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極的情感態(tài)度。

選取內(nèi)容：以PEP五年級(jí)下冊第六單元為藍(lán)本，適當(dāng)補(bǔ)充了其他版本中含wh輔音字母組合的單詞。

設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)及建議：本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)短課時(shí)、高頻率、多接觸之英語教學(xué)原則而做短課時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)。由于wh字母組合涉及到where,what,when,who,why,which等高頻單詞，因此即使wh發(fā)音并不難掌握，也依然用六個(gè)短課時(shí)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。希望通過大量閱讀，使學(xué)生真正掌握并能正確使用。

1.T:Today we are going to learn how to spell “wh”.You know thisword“white”.So“wh”makes one sound/w/.

2.Let’s try to read the words in the form.Let’s read like this:wh-ite-white,wh-eatwheat.wh-am-wham,wh-iffwhiff,wh-en-when,wh-erewhere,wh-y-why,wh-irf-whirf.

3.Now let’s think some ways to spell and remember the words in the form.

（1）ite-kite-white-a white kite.

（2）eat-wheat-plant wheat and eat meat.

（3）am-wham-I met a man and wham,bam,I was in love.

（4）Look at this girl.The girl is whirling.

T:From the four examples,what have you learned?

4.We can also make sentences with these words.Look!When is the girl flying a white kite/whirling?Why is the girl flying a white kite/whirling?Where is the girl flying a white kite/whirling?Can you say something like me?Next class let’s share your idea.

3.Now I am the witch,you are the little white mouse.Then exchange.After that,practice in pairs and show.

4.Here is a little poem about the witch.Can you read it?Try it.

1.First show the poem to the students.Ask them if they can read it.If they can not read it,the teacher will lead them to read.

2.T:Why can the witch go anywhere?Yes.She has a broom.And she also hasa parrot.Please read and try to answer:Whatcan the parrot say?

The parrot can say a whole lots of words.

He can say:what,when,where and why.

He can’tsay which and whatever.

If you ask him whose parrot he is.He always answers:what,when,where and why.
