【Abstract】Exhibition activities in the modern economic system have become an important way of economic activity. English can effectively promote the development of exhibition economy and management.Keqiao is China's largest textile enterprises gathering place. Every year， Keqiao Textile Expo with businessmen from all over the world gathered here， good communication is the basis of cooperation， so Exhibition English pragmatics is very important. According to the satisfaction of Keqiao Textile Expo， I will provide some effective recommendations for exhibitors and universities on training exhibition translators. This will provide certain help for Keqiao exhibition industry development.

Keqiao Textile Expo affects the development of China's economy yet. It has its own unique characteristics and be called the beginning of The New Silk.

Keqiao Textile Expo is the Chinese only professional expo with its place of origin and distributing center for textile. Since it was founded 13 years ago， the expo has put up a perfect demonstration and trading platform for textile enterprises and trading companies， purchasers and professional spectators. The Keqiao convention has been internationalized， so English is becoming more and more important. English can make communication between international businessman keep smooth and polite. The development of the MICE English will have a great influence on exhibition economy. As Keqiao Textile expo grew， the role of exhibition English Pragmatics also will be enhanced.

1. The researchs of Keqiao Textile Expo

According to the status of Keqiao Textile Expo，I made some researchs：

First， The exhibitors requirements for English major students' English level is low， it is be required that the level of competence in English for the students who are major in English at least is College English Test 4 from most corporations.

Second， Exhibition English pragmatic talents in short supply， most of enterprises think exhibition translator basic to adapt to the language ability and competence of the translators， thought the exhibition English pragmatic ability， business negotiation skills， and the enhancing of practical skills in exhibition is vital.

To train applied talents with practical and occupational according to above analysis， I put forward the college education of exhibition English pragmatic talents for specific advice.

Third， in Shaoxing， Zhejiang， University of Foreign Languages is the significant position that develops a person with a good command of a foreign language， especially the Yuexiu. As a case， it can change Exhibition English from elective courses into required course. The Yuexiu encourages their students to as volunteer activities energetically. As for students， it is useful for us and plays an important part in our oral competence in this fair.

Exhibition industry is a new industry. In order to get a solution of this problem from the perspective of textile exposition， the city of Shaoxing should strengthen training Exhibition English pragmatics talents so that their skills of language can be improved.In the new period， we must vigorously promote the development of exhibition industry， exhibition economy. At the same time， I also hope that suggestions I put forward can provide certain reference to exhibitors and the level of whole regional exhibition English pragmatic can be improved.
