護(hù)士：大姐，您放心，我們對每個孩子都很重視的。我們會根據(jù)她的病情及時用藥的。

病兒媽媽：又是用藥，你知道我已經(jīng)花了多少醫(yī)藥費了嗎？

病兒：媽媽，我要喝水。

護(hù)士：(主動為孩子喂水，并輕輕拍打孩子，有意岔題)孩子臉色好多了?，F(xiàn)在我們共同把孩子的病治好是最重要的。

病兒：謝謝護(hù)士阿姨。(安靜的躺下)

病兒媽媽：(眼淚掉下來)你知道我有多著急嗎？她已是第三次住院了。一發(fā)熱就抽搐，我真怕她腦子抽壞了，以后可怎么辦？

護(hù)士：大姐，不要著急，您的孩子檢查下來大腦并沒有器質(zhì)性病變?，F(xiàn)在診斷是高熱驚厥，這種病沒有嚴(yán)重的后遺癥，等她長大后會慢慢好轉(zhuǎn)的。您不能太煩躁，應(yīng)盡量配合我們的工作，不然對孩子的治療也是不利的。

病兒媽媽：謝謝你，剛才我的態(tài)度很不好，對不起。

護(hù)士：沒關(guān)系，我理解您的心情，您累了，休息會兒吧。我過會兒過來看徐晶，有事請呼我。

Interactions

兩歲左右的孩子，對因病住院的反應(yīng)已較嬰兒明顯了。護(hù)理人員應(yīng)該用關(guān)心體貼的真誠行動，如輕拍、撫摸、摟抱、逗笑、講故事、看圖畫、玩玩具等方式與他們建立起友好的關(guān)系，以利于工作的開展。對于家屬的焦慮，防衛(wèi)心理，則應(yīng)以耐心的態(tài)度和淵博的知識加強(qiáng)健康教育，以取得他們的信賴。

Comments

The response to being in the hospital because of illness is more obvious for a child about two years old than a younger baby. The nursing staff should care for the patient with sincere action, such as patting, stroking, hugging, joking, telling stories, looking at pictures, playing toys, etc. to establish friendly relations with them which will make the nursing care smoother. With regard to the parent’s anxiety and defensive mood, we should strengthen their health understanding with patience and knowledge to obtain their trust.
