【Abstract】With the further development of economics and politics in China, each industry need to make some change and innovations, in order to catch up with the new situation. State-owned enterprises are also included. This essay will be based on the writer’s actual work : logistics management, dormitory management, fleet management. Firstly will make brief introduction of the current working condition, point out the potential issues, then discuss and try to figure out how to solve and prevent them.

With the establish and perfect of our socialism market economy, the reformation of our politics, economics, cultural, social are going deeper and deeper. Institution’s logistic department’s function, management method, service system , and working condition has changed a lot. This brings new requirement to the institution’s logistics management, it needs us to make further research of the new problems.
Logistics work is one of the most important aspect of a group. Good logistics management can give its employees much more support, can make them work much more efficiency.
Take the writer’s company as an example, it is the earliest founded institution which focus on the research of tropical and subtropical marine lives. Even though it is not a huge group, but it plays a very important role in the development of marine lives research in China. Mainly of the employees have high education degrees, they are devoted when they are working, so we must be fully responsible for their logistics support. Here below we will talk from three different aspects,to discuss and try to figure out how to make sure the logistics work well under new situation.
1st:Take humanize into dormitory management
As per the actual situation of my institution, we offer dormitory for most of the employees. With the development of economics and politics, the mind of our employees has changed a lot. If we can not give them a proper way to express, it may will be the hidden trouble to our institution. We try to take the humanize into dormitory management, we conduct some lecture at evening, after one day’s hardly work, we can give our employees a space to discuss with each other, not only about work, but also about their ideas or interest. In order to make their spiritual life much more abundant.
We logistics workers are service department, when we make the dormitory management, we must put our employees on the first important position. We will make the security inspection often, help them to check the water and power supply.
2nd:Make the fleet management much more efficiency
In our daily work, we always need to go outside for some research, so the car arrangement is very important. But the institutions do not have enough cars, in peak season, we may can not satisfy our employees quite well. In order to make the fleet management much more efficiency, we will ask the employees to give us a predict before half a month, so that we can sort out their requirement, and make the arrangement in advance.
And if there is sudden requirement for car use, we will try the best to make them satisfied, in some special occasion, we even will use our logistics worker’s personal car to help them.
3rd:Current problems and some suggestion
(1)Some of the logistics workers are not fully qualified, their cultural quality are not quite well. This may will bring problems when they communicate with our employees. We will give them much more vocation training in the future.
(2)The management level and high quality service still needs to be improved. We will bring the performance appraisal into the logistics work in the future. To encourage and reward those who can get higher score, to educate , even fire those who can not work well. To keep a stable and high quality employee team.
(3)Take some activities periodical , listen to the suggestions from our employees, discuss with them, then make the change from internal, make our logistics team be a harmony community.
In summary:Now the reformation of logistics system has entered into the key period, we must change our mind, try the best to make innovations actively, bring advanced management ideas into our actual work, insist on the human first theory, to give high quality and more efficiency logistics service and guarantee work. In order to make the whole group develop well.
At one side, we should help our logistics workers to improve their skill and ability; on the other hand, we must give them politics and theory training, as long as they have the right service mind, it will make their work better. We can not work like before, stay in the back yard, we must realize how important we are firstly, then the work will go smoothly.
