國(guó)務(wù)院重申嚴(yán)控房?jī)r(jià)

針對(duì)近期波動(dòng)的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)，2月20日舉行的國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議再出重拳，要求嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行商品住房限購(gòu)措施，已實(shí)施限購(gòu)措施的要在限購(gòu)區(qū)域、限購(gòu)住房類型、購(gòu)房資格審查等方面，按統(tǒng)一要求完善限購(gòu)措施。其他城市房?jī)r(jià)上漲過(guò)快的，省級(jí)政府應(yīng)要求其及時(shí)采取限購(gòu)等措施。

The executive meeting of the State Council held on Feb.20 gave a new round of heavy blow to the price fluctuation on the real estate market， asking for the strict implementation of restricting housing purchasing measures， and perfecting the measures in terms of restricting area， restricting housing type， house purchaser’s qualification examination， etc. In the cities with skyrocketing housing prices， the provincial government should order the cities to take the restricting measures timely.

安倍晉三訪美

日本首相安倍晉三于2月21日至23日訪問(wèn)美國(guó)，并與奧巴馬會(huì)談，還發(fā)表了題為《日本回來(lái)了》的演講。關(guān)于釣魚(yú)島問(wèn)題，奧巴馬只字未提。只有安倍表示，“日美同盟的存在是一個(gè)有助于該地區(qū)和平與穩(wěn)定的穩(wěn)定因素，我們一貫以冷靜的方式處理這一問(wèn)題——釣魚(yú)島問(wèn)題，我們將繼續(xù)這樣做?！?/p>

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe paid a visit to US from Feb.21st to 23rd， held talks with Obama and gave a speech entitled as Japan Is Back. On the issue of Diaoyu Islands， Obama said nothing， while Abe said， “the existence of USJapan alliance is conducive to regional peace and stability. We always deal with the Diaoyu Islands issue calmly and will continue to do it.”

霧霾檢出大量危險(xiǎn)顆粒

2月17日，中國(guó)科學(xué)院公布了該院“大氣灰霾追因與控制”專項(xiàng)組的最新研究結(jié)果，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，京津冀霧霾檢出大量危險(xiǎn)含氮有機(jī)顆粒物，這是“洛杉磯上世紀(jì)光化學(xué)煙霧的主要成分之一”。

On Feb.17th， Chinese Academy of Sciences issued its latest research results found by the research group Causes and Control of Air Smog， showing that a large number of organic particles containing nitrogen have been found in Beijing， Tianjing and Hebei， which is one of the main components causing the photochemical smog in Los Angeles last century.

敘利亞局勢(shì)持續(xù)緊張

2月21日，敘利亞執(zhí)政黨的大馬士革黨部大樓附近發(fā)生汽車爆炸襲擊，造成重大傷亡，這是自敘危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來(lái)，距大馬士革市中心最近的一次嚴(yán)重爆炸事件。敘政府強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)反對(duì)派的恐怖襲擊。與此同時(shí)，政府軍對(duì)部分反對(duì)派控制區(qū)域?qū)嵤┝斯?。反?duì)派聲稱將有意組建一個(gè)臨時(shí)內(nèi)閣。

A car bomb attack happened near the building of the ruling party of Syria in Damascus on Feb.21st， causing heavy causalities. This is the serious explosion attack nearest to the center of Damascus since Syrian crises. At the same， the government military forces launched attacks against some areas controlled by the opposition. The opposition claimed to organize an interim cabinet. Syrian crises can not be solved within a short period of time.

朝鮮實(shí)施第三次核試驗(yàn)

2月12日，朝鮮進(jìn)行了第三次核試驗(yàn)。朝中社稱，此次地下核試驗(yàn)爆炸威力大，使用小型化和輕型化原子彈，試驗(yàn)“水平高、安全、完美”。這是繼2006年和2009年后，朝鮮第三次實(shí)施核試驗(yàn)，此舉引發(fā)國(guó)際社會(huì)強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)，也引發(fā)了國(guó)際社會(huì)關(guān)于中國(guó)對(duì)朝鮮政策的爭(zhēng)議。

North Korea carried out its third nuclear test on Feb.12th. Korean Central News Agency said the test was done in a“high-level， safe and perfect”way with a smaller and light A-bomb with great explosive power. This is the third nuclear test after the two tests in 2006 and 2009. North Korea’s action caused strong international condemnation and also triggered a debate on China’s North Korea policy in the international comminity.

連戰(zhàn)訪問(wèn)大陸

2月24日，臺(tái)灣國(guó)民黨榮譽(yù)主席連戰(zhàn)率團(tuán)訪問(wèn)大陸。此次北京之行，被定調(diào)為“走春訪老友”。這次訪問(wèn)團(tuán)成員眾多，涵蓋臺(tái)灣政商界人士。馬英九表示，對(duì)連戰(zhàn)此行以國(guó)民黨榮譽(yù)主席的民間身份訪問(wèn)大陸，他稱樂(lè)觀其成。

The honorary chairman of the Chinese Kuomingtang led a delegation to visit the mainland on Feb.24th. His visit to Beijing is defined as“waking in spring and visiting old friends”. The delegation members come from various fields of Taiwan including politics and business. Ma Ying-jeou said he was happy to see Lien Chan’s visit to the mainland in the unofficial identification of honorary chairman of Kuomingtang.

查韋斯病情惡化

2月21日晚，委內(nèi)瑞拉政府首次公開(kāi)承認(rèn)，現(xiàn)年58歲的總統(tǒng)查韋斯在去年12月11日接受手術(shù)治療后如今仍存在呼吸系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題，對(duì)治療一直未做出良好的反應(yīng)。這一消息與此前所公布的一系列樂(lè)觀的公報(bào)形成了鮮明的對(duì)比。

On Feb.21st， Venezuela government admitted for the first time that the 58-year-old president Chavez has been suffering from respiratory problems since his taking cancer treatment on Dec.11th last year， and Chavez didn’t react well to the treatment. The news made a obvious contrast to the former optimistic statements.

樸槿惠正式就任韓總統(tǒng)

2月25日，韓國(guó)第18屆總統(tǒng)就任儀式在國(guó)會(huì)議事堂廣場(chǎng)舉行。樸槿惠正式宣誓就任韓國(guó)總統(tǒng)。分析人士認(rèn)為，樸槿惠上任后，將首訪美國(guó)、中國(guó)等國(guó)家。此前樸槿惠訪問(wèn)了韓美聯(lián)合司令部，并表示韓美結(jié)下“血盟”關(guān)系，將共同遏制朝鮮。

The inauguration ceremony of the 18th president of South Korea was held in South Korea on Feb.25th， and Park Geunhye was sworn in office. Analyst believed that she will pay visits to U.S and China， etc. after the assumption. Before， Park Geun-hye visited the ROK-US Combined Command Forces and expressed that South Korea and U.S have formed the “blood alliance” relations， and will contain North Korea together.
