每一個(gè)教師都希望在自己的課堂上學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)感興趣,怎樣才能將課上得有趣呢?蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō):“所謂課上得有趣,就是學(xué)生帶著一種高漲、激動(dòng)的情緒從事學(xué)習(xí)和思考,對(duì)面前展示的真理感到驚奇?!?/p>
今年,有幸聆聽(tīng)沈峰老師的觀摩課6B Unit 6 Planning for the weekend,感受到她用激情與智慧,為學(xué)生,也為觀摩課的老師,營(yíng)造了靈動(dòng)的課堂。學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng),享受靈動(dòng)的課堂也構(gòu)成了沈老師英語(yǔ)教學(xué)藝術(shù)的重要組成部分。
【案例】
1.T:Say something to me—Your new teacher.
T:Show my topic: My friend and I.
(提醒學(xué)生提問(wèn)要得體:appropriate,并稍稍解釋“得體”的含義,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng),然后提問(wèn))
2.S1:Who’s your friend?
T:She’s Ren Jie.
S2:What’s her hobby?
T:She’s an English teacher,too.
S3:What’s your hobby?
T:Listen,she likes shopping, we have the same hobby. What’s my hobby?(做一點(diǎn)提示,又將問(wèn)題拋給學(xué)生,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)思維。)
S3:You like shopping, too.
T:Great!You’re clever. We often go to the supermarket.
S4:What do you usually do in the supermarket?
T:We often buy clothes, because they’re not expensive.
S5:Who’s older,you or your friend?
T:I’m one year younger than her.

3.T:What do you know about my topic?
S1:You and your friend both like going shopping.
S2:You both like to buy cheap clothes.(觀摩老師大笑)
T:(面帶微笑,又有點(diǎn)嗔怒和驚訝)Cheap?(略有所思,又點(diǎn)頭)Yes,but beautiful.(手指自己的衣服,自豪地說(shuō))
【解讀】
這是新課伊始的導(dǎo)入部分,沈老師上課時(shí)精神飽滿,善于用自身的激情感染和調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生,從而使課堂教學(xué)呈現(xiàn)勃勃生機(jī),沈老師面部表情豐富,流露出對(duì)學(xué)生的真誠(chéng)和期待。新課的導(dǎo)入不是讓學(xué)生一味地進(jìn)行機(jī)械性的句型操練,而是注重學(xué)生年齡特點(diǎn),采用話題的形式討論,學(xué)生在這種輕松愉悅的拉家常中復(fù)習(xí)鞏固了舊知。
一、讓孩子學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng)
注重聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫兼顧,強(qiáng)調(diào)整體輸入,給學(xué)生一個(gè)任務(wù),而這個(gè)任務(wù)是學(xué)生完全可以勝任的:了解老師和她的朋友。用到了比較級(jí):“Are you as tall as your friend?”一般現(xiàn)在時(shí):“What do you usually do in the supermarket?”“What’s your hobby?”等等,善于將學(xué)生零碎的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)巧妙地以一個(gè)任務(wù)形式串聯(lián),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)用英語(yǔ)思維和表達(dá)一件事。在孩子想知道沈老師的愛(ài)好時(shí),老師又說(shuō):“Listen, she likes shopping. We both have the same hobby. ”讓學(xué)生用心傾聽(tīng),然后用英語(yǔ)思維和表達(dá):“Oh,I see. You like shopping,too.”這是用心傾聽(tīng)的結(jié)果。
二、教師傾聽(tīng)孩子發(fā)言
用心傾聽(tīng)還包含教師用心聽(tīng)孩子的每一句話。當(dāng)孩子說(shuō):“You like to buy cheap clothes.”時(shí),觀摩課的教師情不自禁地大笑了起來(lái)。此時(shí)這孩子心里一定是忐忑不安的,以為自己肯定說(shuō)錯(cuò)了什么,但又不知道究竟錯(cuò)在哪里。如果教師此時(shí)不及時(shí)糾正指出,孩子也許在接下來(lái)的時(shí)間里不會(huì)很用心聽(tīng)課,而會(huì)分心想這件事。如何為孩子解圍呢?在這短短的話音剛落的瞬間,教師的激情和智慧完全呈現(xiàn),教師先夸張地說(shuō):“Cheap?”表示困惑,后又認(rèn)真地點(diǎn)頭說(shuō)道:“Yes,cheap,but beautiful.”同時(shí)向這孩子及其他孩子指指自己的衣服,孩子們笑了,觀摩課的教師也會(huì)心地笑了,化尷尬于無(wú)形。
學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng),一個(gè)贊許的眼神、點(diǎn)頭和微笑,發(fā)自教師的內(nèi)心,出于真誠(chéng)和賞識(shí),才能以心換心,讓孩子也學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng),不隨意打斷別人,從他人的發(fā)言中尋求有價(jià)值的東西,然后再發(fā)言,彼此能真心交流。這樣才能真正建立靈動(dòng)的課堂。
