【摘 要】本文將車隊看作連續(xù)的流體，先分析了交通流隨紅綠燈轉(zhuǎn)換的變化過程，然后建立了一個十字路口交通系統(tǒng)的單位時間平均費用最少信號優(yōu)化模型。

Abstract： In this paper， a motorcade is regarded as a continue flow. The paper firstly analyze the traffic flow change along with traffic lights and then present a new model which optimize the average cost per unit time of a crossroads of traffic.
