護(hù)士：您覺(jué)得冷嗎？

病人：不冷。

護(hù)士：你有鼻炎嗎？需要加高枕頭嗎？

病人：謝謝，枕頭倒不要，就是這兒有冷氣吹到我鼻子里，我一吸到冷氣鼻子就塞。

護(hù)士：那我調(diào)高一點(diǎn)室溫，好嗎？

病人：謝謝。我不怕熱，就怕冷。

護(hù)士 ：不用謝，你有什么要求盡管跟我說(shuō)。每個(gè)人對(duì)冷熱的感受都不同，在這個(gè)房間以你的要求來(lái)調(diào)整，你不用客氣。

病人：這個(gè)風(fēng)能不能不要對(duì)著我吹？

護(hù)士：可以。（在工人的協(xié)助下調(diào)整了床的位置。）這樣可以嗎？

病人：謝謝，你們的態(tài)度真好，不影響什么吧？

護(hù)士：不會(huì)影響什么的，手術(shù)時(shí)鋪好消毒單你就吹不到風(fēng)了，那時(shí)我們?cè)侔汛惨频秸校惴判?/p>

（患者很感激，有些過(guò)意不去，反復(fù)地謝著。）

護(hù)士：不用擔(dān)心，床是多功能的，移動(dòng)很方便。你有什么問(wèn)題盡管跟我講。

Nurse：Are you cold？

Patient：No.

Nurse：Do you have rhinitis？Do you want to raise the pillow higher？

Patient：No，Thanks.But I feel the cold air blowing on my face.I have a stuffed－up nose from that.

Nurse：Should I adjust the room temperature a little higher？

Patient：Thanks a lot.I am not afraid of heat.A little higher temperature will be fine.

Nurse：You are welcome.Just let me know whatever you want.Everybody’s preferred temperature is different.We will adjust it to your liking.Patient：Could you adjust the fan so the breeze will not blow directly at me？

Nurse：No problem.（Adjusted the bed location with the worker＇s help）Is this better？

Patient：Thanks，your attitude is really good.I hope that I didn’t bother you too much.

Nurse：Don’t worry about it.You won’t feel the breeze after they spread the aseptic sheet during the surgery.We will move the bed back then.

（The patient was very grateful and also felt bad about this request.She thanked the nurse repeatedly.）

Nurse：Don’t worry about it.This is a multi－functional bed which is very easy to move or change direction.Just tell me if you have any problem.

The essence of the nurse－patient relationship is the emotional contact between the nursing personnel and their client.The sincere concern and active help given to the patient by the operating room nurses demonstrated the spirit and the empathy of these nurses.This effectively stabilized the patient’s emotion，and helped to build his best mental and physical condition to face his surgery.
