Languages always reflect society. Linguistic directions of degrading and devaluing female can be located everywhere.As the society develops，women's social status is improvedconstantly. The voice of minimizing gender bias in English becomes more and more powerful， and there are two key problems. One is how to reject the sexist-words in English；the other is how to minimize the gender bias caused by the genetic reference of Third-persan pronoun. To counter above problems，we can solve them through the transference of sex-ist-words and normalization of third-person pronoun.
