今年4月20日，建德各界為在嚴州師范執(zhí)教42年的畫家、美術(shù)教育家壽崇德舉行畫展暨《壽崇德畫集》首發(fā)式，以表彰他殫精竭智育桃李的奉獻精神。

壽崇德1927年生于浙江諸暨，15歲舉行個人畫展，17歲入蜀得潘天壽、呂鳳子親授，并受教于黃賓虹、傅抱石等大師，他的山水畫在重慶、倫敦、紐約等地展出時屢獲盛譽。1949年在藝專畢業(yè)后一直從事美術(shù)教育，由于學識與人品兼優(yōu)，潘天壽先生曾幾次推薦他擔任美術(shù)學院教師和浙江畫院領(lǐng)導，每次都因?qū)W校挽留而作罷，不然，少年時代便被譽為“神童”的壽崇德的美術(shù)創(chuàng)作成就自當不可限量。

壽崇德擅長山水畫，精于繪畫史，創(chuàng)作上溯宋元，追慕石濤，筆墨蒼潤華滋、渾厚雄秀，先后有數(shù)百幅作品在國內(nèi)外展出、發(fā)表，有的為中南海、天安門和其他藝術(shù)館、紀念館收藏。1997年、2002年分別在新加坡、上海國畫院舉行“壽崇德、壽再生、壽覺生父子畫展”，均獲贊譽。

壽崇德現(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員、浙江省美術(shù)教育研究會會長、西泠書畫院特聘畫師，有多種著作出版。

Landscape Paintings by Shou Chongde

On April 20， 2006， Jiande City near Hangzhou held a launching ceremony for Shou Chongde誷 Painting Album.

Shou Chongde is a genius artist. Born in 1927 in Zhuji of Zhejiang Province， Shou held his first solo art show at the age of 15. At the age of 17， he began to take lessons from masters such as Pan Tianshou， Lu Fengzi， Huang Binhong and Fu Baoshi.His landscape paintings， exhibited in Chongqing， London and New York， won favorable critic reviews. After his graduation from an art school in 1949， he began to teach as an art teacher at the Yanzhou Teachers College. Pan Tianshou， president of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts， wanted Shou to come to teach at the academy， but the Yanzhou Teachers College did not agree to let him go. It is well guessed that had he come to Hangzhou and work at the academy he's have had more career opportunities.

Shou is an excellent landscape artist and has profound knowledge of art history. The spirit of masterpieces in the Song (960-1279) and Yuan (1271-1368) dynasties is noticeable in Shou's paintings. Shou admires Shi Tao (1641-1718)， a prominent artist in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Shou's brushstrokes are magnificent and sophisticated. Hundreds of his paintings have appeared at exhibitions both at home and abroad. Some of them are in the collections of the Zhongnanhai and Tian'snmen museums.
