臨沂市商業(yè)銀行大樓位于臨沂市北部南坊新區(qū),西臨沂蒙路,南臨內(nèi)環(huán)路,基地西側(cè)有規(guī)劃中的景觀河道。大樓由一棟41 層的主體辦公塔樓、5 層的裙房和2 層的地下室組成,主樓高173.9m。采用鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),灌注樁筏板基礎(chǔ)。2006 年由常青主持完成實施建筑方案設(shè)計,臨沂市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司完成施工設(shè)計,2012 年竣工投入使用。
主樓平面雙軸對稱,并自下而上使用了正方形、“亜”字形、多邊形、多棱形和圓形等多種幾何形式。使底部、中部、上部和頂部形成了豐富的形體空間變化,最后以圓形的旋轉(zhuǎn)觀景廳收頂。從中部轉(zhuǎn)角玻璃體收入,到上部棱形折面玻璃體承托,再到頂端玻璃球體收頂,看上去在形體上虛實相宜,在材料上又相反相成,如寶石般晶瑩剔透,渾然天成。
頂部處理表達(dá)了一種特有的文化意象,即臨沂附近日照市莒縣陵陽河大汶口文化遺址陶尊上鐫刻的一個原始社會的象形文字“旦”字,表達(dá)了山體和云朵上的太陽,一字千金,隱喻了東方遠(yuǎn)古文明的太陽崇拜。不僅如此,整座塔樓強(qiáng)調(diào)豎向劃分的上下收束和起承轉(zhuǎn)合,既帶著可喚醒文化記憶的中國古塔韻味,又以幾何化的形體塑造,尤其是頂部球體下的多棱折面體處理,充分表達(dá)了在地歷史原型的新裝飾藝術(shù)化意象(Neo-Art Deco)。該工程獲2013 年“魯班獎”?!?/p>
The Linshang Bank Building is located in the Nanfang New Development District in northern Linyi City, Shandong Province, bordering Yimeng Road to the west and Inner Ring Road to the south. On the west side of the property, a scenic waterway is to be constructed. The building complex comprises a 41-storey, 173.9 metre tall office tower, a five-storey podium, and a two-level basement. It adopts a reinforced concrete frame and core structure with pile-raft foundations. Professor CHANG Qing of Tongji University oversaw the conceptual design of the building in 2006, while Linyi Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd conducted the construction design. It was completed and inaugurated in 2012.
The main tower is biaxially symmetrical and adopts a variety of geometric plan forms at different levels, including the square at the lower levels, the "亜"(ya)-shape at the middle levels, the prismatic polygon at the upper levels, and a circle at the top, allowing for the expression of rich spatial variations. A spinning circular observatory hall is perched atop the building's roof. It starts with a cornered glass in the middle, supported by a angularly folded glass in the upper section, and ends with a glass globe at the top, all contributing to the tower's appropriately balanced form, and different yet compatible materiality, like flawless and glistening gemstones.
The treatment of the rooftop expresses distinctive cultural imagery: the Neolithic pictogram word "dan", inscribed on a potteryzunvessel excavated from the nearby DawenkouCultural Relics Site in Lingyang River, Ju County,Rizhao City, symbolises the sun on the mountains and clouds and acts as a metaphor for sun worship in the ancient Eastern civilisation. In addition,the entire tower emphasises the vertically divided sections and boundaries as well as the structural relationship of "creation, continuation, transition and unification" (qi cheng zhuan he), not only retaining the flavour of an ancient Chinese pagoda that evokes cultural memory, but also fully capturing the Neo-Art Deco imagery of the local historical prototype through its geometric formmaking, especially the design of the multi-angular folded glass underneath the globe on the top.This project was awarded the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize in 2013.□ (Translated by ZHU Yayun)

The design adopts a well-balanced layout to achieve an appropriate functional division and rationalised traffic route. The flexible and adaptable interior space and scientifically arranged streamlines accommodate a variety of contemporary office needs. Its upright vertical lines and structural relationships of "creation,continuation, transition and unification" (qi cheng zhuan he) produce an architectural image resonant with the traditional pagoda. The introduction of the corner glass in the middle section of the building, the tiered design of the roof, and the circular shape of the spinning observatory hall all give the entire tower a dramatic upward rising quality assembling Gothic architecture.Symbolising the mountains, the treatment of the V-shaped, prismatic glass underneath the globe at the very rooftop further demonstrates the Neo-Art Deco style. The combination of solid and stable stones and crystal-clear glass represents the typical features of a modern financial institution.
The Linshang Bank Building is a landmark replete with East-West cultural imagery due to the meticulous attention to building materials and exquisite details, as well as the modern design techniques that integrate traditional Chinese philosophy with Western architectural aesthetics.(Translated by ZHU Yayun)
