1.該書面表達(dá)任務(wù)是就要點寫一篇發(fā)言稿,首先應(yīng)仔細(xì)審題,行文時不可遺漏要點。
2.發(fā)言稿宜用短句,在論述時,可用排比、對比等修辭手法來增強(qiáng)說服力和氣勢。
3.注意發(fā)言稿的語言特點和結(jié)構(gòu)特征,如稱謂、話題導(dǎo)入等;恰當(dāng)選用發(fā)言稿的經(jīng)典語句,如It’s mypleasure to.../ I feel it a great honor to...等。

It’s my pleasure to give you a speech about doingsomething for my school,and it’s believed that everyone of us can make our school more attractive.
First of all,we can do something to make our cam-pus more beautiful. Not only can each of us senior highschool students plant a tree in the school,but also wecan organize a complete cleaning on the campus.

1. 熟悉文體特點
英語發(fā)言稿是高考書面表達(dá)題經(jīng)??疾榈奈捏w,常要求考生以參加演講比賽、針對某事表達(dá)自己看法和意見等撰寫,是一種常見的應(yīng)用文體。
2. 掌握格式特征
發(fā)言稿通常由三部分組成,即呼語、正文和結(jié)束語,其中開頭和結(jié)尾格式較固定。一般由 It’s mypleasure to .../ I feel it a great honor to...等引入主題;結(jié)尾用 That’s all .Thank you for listening. /Thanks foryour attention等結(jié)束發(fā)言。
3. 合理安排結(jié)構(gòu)
分三部分寫作:第一部分提出本人要談的問題及對問題的看法;第二部分為主體,需運用各種方法及材料來論證你的觀點,常用到的連接成分有:to beginwith,in addition,finally等;尾段照應(yīng)開頭,總結(jié)全文。

學(xué)生在寫英語發(fā)言稿時,教師應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮引導(dǎo)作用,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生熟悉發(fā)言稿的文體特點和格式特征,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生合理安排文章結(jié)構(gòu)并恰當(dāng)選擇套句,這樣學(xué)生才能寫好英語發(fā)言稿。
