摘 要:基于符合巴哈大賽規(guī)則的前提下,以Z14巴哈賽車作為研究對象,運用UG進行三維建模,ANSYS對制動踏板進行拓撲優(yōu)化,設(shè)計出一款輕量化最優(yōu)、零部件裝配合理、前后制動力可自行調(diào)節(jié)的制動系統(tǒng),設(shè)計后的制動踏板為190g,為賽車的設(shè)計提供參考意義。

Design of car braking system based on Baja

Abstract:Based on the premise of meeting the rules of Baja Race, taking Z14 Baja racing car as the research object, using UG for three-dimensional modeling, ANSYS for brake pedal topology optimization is studied, designing a lightweight optimal braking system with reasonable parts assembly, braking force before and after self-adjustment. The designed brake pedal is 190G, providing a reference for the design of racing car.
