由Campo Abierto 在烏拉圭里韋拉（Rivera,Uruguay）舉辦的第一屆木料節(jié)（Festival de la Madera）有兩個(gè)目標(biāo)：一方面，舉辦講習(xí)班，鼓勵(lì)不同背景的人們通過合作來建造一座溫室大棚建筑，每個(gè)成員都需要參與到設(shè)計(jì)和建造中來；另一方面，對(duì)該地區(qū)大量桉木余料進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，研究使用這些材料進(jìn)行新建設(shè)的方法并加以推廣。

作為受邀的建筑團(tuán)隊(duì)，我們的工作重點(diǎn)是利用專業(yè)知識(shí)為溫室建筑的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際建造提供指導(dǎo)，創(chuàng)造合作條件。我們面對(duì)的最大挑戰(zhàn)在于，如何使沒有合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的團(tuán)隊(duì)和缺乏專業(yè)知識(shí)的成員參與到這項(xiàng)工程中來。我們每個(gè)人都必須重新學(xué)習(xí)，不僅學(xué)習(xí)必要的專業(yè)知識(shí)，也要學(xué)習(xí)如何超越自己的身份背景，與他人相互適應(yīng)，協(xié)調(diào)工作。

在整個(gè)工作周期中我們對(duì)方案一直保持開放討論和修改的可能。舉例說明，我們從一開始就不斷試驗(yàn)?zāi)究蚣艿某叽纭Ｖ钡秸J(rèn)為整個(gè)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)足以應(yīng)對(duì)各種可能的突發(fā)情況時(shí)，才開始進(jìn)行安裝。這樣的工作方式除了使建筑細(xì)節(jié)展示出最佳狀態(tài)外，開放的工作環(huán)境使我們可以從擁有各種知識(shí)背景的人們身上學(xué)習(xí)理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并將其轉(zhuǎn)換到建筑領(lǐng)域加以運(yùn)用。

最終成果不僅是細(xì)致和最佳建造技術(shù)的呈現(xiàn)，我們還希望使整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)，設(shè)計(jì)，建造的過程完全開放。我們將收集到的從建造到社會(huì)各方面的知識(shí)匯集在一本開源手冊(cè)中。

我們希望這項(xiàng)工作能為社會(huì)帶來啟發(fā)，因此任何希望復(fù)制或發(fā)展該建筑原型的個(gè)人或團(tuán)體都能免費(fèi)獲得所有的資料和技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)。該行動(dòng)讓我們能夠?yàn)榧w智慧做出貢獻(xiàn)，同時(shí)也成為其中一部分。

The first edition of Festival de la Madera,organized by CampoAbierto in Rivera,Uruguay,clearly had two objectives:on one side,the development of a workshop so that a heterogeneous group of people with different backgrounds could design a seedlings greenhouse in a collaborative way,making all members define both the design process and the construction.On the other side,experimentation with remnants of eucalyptus wood,very accessible in the area,in order to generate new constructive solutions to be replicated and developed in this typology and in others.

Our work focused on generating the necessary conditions for the synthesis of an effective group that would resolve the design and construction of the greenhouse in an autonomous way.The emergent is about how a group without apparent coordination and without relevant individual knowledge can give intelligent answers and solve complex problems,relying on ascending information systems and with a capacity for greater adaptability that rigid hierarchies.

We believe that the construction of the emergent is synthesized as interactions between members are generated,starting by coordinating assembly work to solve complex technical problems or organize a large group to undertake the different tasks.The protocol focused on building this capacity for selfmanagement by releasing the decision-making throughout the process until a complete automaton operation is achieved,leaving in the first instance in the group the decision of questions such as the measurements of the frames,reaching the capacity to manage any unexpected events and to resolve those predicted.

As a final result,in addition to having reached constructive details and optimal technologies,we have had the determination to leave the process open,collecting all the learnings,from constructive details to social technology,in an open-source manual.

With free access to this information to anyone who wants to reproduce,replicate or develop the model,we intend to contribute to the popular wisdom and engage ourselves with the collective intelligence of the place.
