貴州國際旅游體育休閑度假中心白晶谷A、B區(qū)位于中鐵國際生態(tài)城核心區(qū),基地區(qū)域位置優(yōu)越。中鐵國際生態(tài)城是貴陽雙龍臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)的主要板塊,距貴陽中心15km,距龍洞堡國際機場6km,是貴龍經(jīng)濟帶西連貴陽的連接點,滬昆高速、貴龍大道、廈蓉高速穿越其中,交通條件極為便利。
以人為本、示范展示、山地特色、開放宜居、生態(tài)均好。規(guī)劃強調(diào)以人為本的設(shè)計原則,充分利用地形高差,將“鄰里中心”和“景觀營造”進行有機結(jié)合,建筑依山就勢,山水呼應(yīng),充分體現(xiàn)山地建筑特色和生態(tài)均好性,形成整個區(qū)域綜合性綠色生態(tài)、休閑度假、開放宜居的示范展示區(qū)。布局注重空間景觀形態(tài),以組團為中心、山體為背景、道路為脈絡(luò),尊重地形﹐節(jié)地節(jié)材,錯落有致,豐富天際線,使建筑融入青山綠水之中。
項目處在喀斯特丘陵地區(qū),建筑布局上依山就勢,因地制宜,將大自然賦予基地的美與當代建筑技術(shù)相結(jié)合,注重空間景觀形態(tài),營造立體化、多層次的空間,最大化減少對環(huán)境的破壞,打造出一個貼近自然的藝術(shù)體。建筑材料上運用當?shù)氐囊恍┏S貌牧希热缡?、木材等,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代材料,使建筑有強烈的時代氣息,也不失傳統(tǒng)風采和地域性。利用基地得天獨厚的山地景觀,結(jié)合體育公園、濕地公園、峽谷公園、山體公園等,營造多層次的景觀,人景共生,建筑生長在青山綠水里,與大自然融為一體。
遵循生態(tài)優(yōu)先原則,將自然途徑與人工措施相結(jié)合,通過綠地、花園、溪流、湖面、濕地、可滲透路面等景觀及配套設(shè)施,充分消納和利用雨水,建設(shè)海綿城巿。響應(yīng)國家新出臺開放社區(qū)的號召﹐將零散的用地整合利用,以人為本進行布局,創(chuàng)造理想的COM 開放社區(qū)。項目將不同空間的建筑通過合院、庭院等形式進行組合,將旅游度假、康體運動融入其中,以人為本,化整為無,營造多種空間,增強鄰里關(guān)系,帶來全新的旅居理念。
規(guī)劃強調(diào)以人為本的設(shè)計原則,充分利用地形高差,將“鄰里中心”和“景觀營造”進行有機結(jié)合,將其優(yōu)勢最大化,體現(xiàn)項目的“生態(tài)性、均好性、服務(wù)性”。本案住宅以2 層或3 層的低層洋房和合院為主。住宅基本為南北朝向,保證充足日照。充分利用土地資源,利用地形高差,豎向做到豐富的地平線和天際線。組團主干道兩邊通過堆坡、植樹等微地形的處理,減少車輛的噪聲、光線直射的影響。組團主干道周邊植物配置以高大的喬木為主,配以灌木做為景觀防護帶。通過豎向處理把整個住區(qū)綠化分3 個層次:中心綠化、宅間綠化、私家花園,即從公共、半公共空間向半私密、私密空間過度。
本區(qū)單體類型較多,度假住宅有多種洋房產(chǎn)品和公寓產(chǎn)品,建筑形態(tài)呈組團圍合式分布。各組團因位置不同而分別呈東南、西南、南向等方向布置,均充分考慮景觀與朝向,使小區(qū)可形成良好的通風、日照氣候環(huán)境?!?/p>

Areas A and B of Baijing Valley,Guizhou International Tourism Complex are located in the key region of China Railway International Ecology City with a superior location.China Railway International Ecology City is a major part of Guiyang Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone.It is 15 km from Guiyang city centre and 6 km from Longdongbao International Airport.It is the linking point between Guilong Economic Zone and Guiyang to the west.With Shanghai-Kunming Highway,Guilong Avenue and Xiamen Chengdu Highway passing through it,the transport conditions are very convenient.
The design aims to be people-oriented,demonstrative,mountainous characteristic,open,liveable,and ecological.The planning emphasises the human-centred design philosophy,making full use of the terrain height difference,organically combining the "neighbourhood centre" and "landscape creation".The buildings are located on the mountainous terrain,echoing the landscape,fully reflecting the features of mountain architecture and ecological excellence,forming a comprehensive green ecological,leisure,open and liveable demonstration area for the whole region.The layout emphasises the spatial landscape form,with the group as the centre,the mountain as the background,the roads as the veins,respecting the topography,saving land and materials,wellarranged,enriching the skyline and integrating the buildings into the green mountain and water.
The project is located in a karst hilly area.Its architectural layout is based on the mountains,taking into account the local conditions,combining the beauty of nature with contemporar y architectural technology focusing on spatial landscape forms,creating three-dimensional,multi-layered spaces,minimising damages to the environment,and creating an artistic body close to nature.The buildings used some common local materials,such as stone and wood,combined with modern materials,so that the architecture has a strong contemporary atmosphere,but also does not lose the traditional style and regional character.The unique mountainous feature of the site,incorporating a sports park,a wetland park,a canyon park and a mountain park,is utilised to create a multi-layered landscape.The human and landscape coexist.The buildings grow in the greenery of mountains and water,blending in with nature.
Following the principle of ecological priority,the project combines natural approaches with artificial measures to fully absorb and utilise rainwater through landscaping and supporting facilities such as green spaces,gardens,streams,lakes,wetlands and permeable pavement,to build a sponge city.In response to for the new national call for open communities,the project integrates and utilises fragmented lands and creates an ideal COM open community with a human-centred layout.The project combines buildings in different spaces through patios,courtyards and other forms,incorporating tourism,leisure and sports into them building a variety of spaces,enhancing neighbourhood relations and bringing a brand new concept of living.
The planning emphasises the humancentred design philosophy,making full use of the terrain height difference,organically combining the "neighbourhood centre" and "landscape creation",to maximise their advantages,and reflect the "ecological,excellent and service-type"characteristics of the project.The residences are mainly low-rise western style houses and courtyard houses of two or three storeys.The residences are basically north-south oriented to ensure sufficient daylight.The land resources are fully utilised,taking advantage of the terrain height difference to achieve a rich horizon and skyline vertically.The main road of the group is treated with micro-topography such as slope mounding and tree planting to reduce the impact of vehicle noise and direct light.The planting by the main road is mainly tall trees,with shrubs as a landscape protection zone.The vertical treatment divides the entire residential greenery into three layers:central greenery,inter-house greenery and private garden,i.e.from public and semi-public spaces to semi-private and private spaces.
This area has many types of buildings.The holiday residences include a variety of western style houses and apartments.And the architectural forms are distributed in groups.The groups are arranged in southeast,southwest and south directions due to their different locations.The landscape and orientation are given full consideration,so that the community can enjoy an environment with good ventilation,sunshine and climate conditions.□
