[摘要] 目的 探究護(hù)士分層級(jí)管理模式對(duì)提高護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量的作用,并評(píng)價(jià)其應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 以該院自2017年5月—2019年6月住院部護(hù)理人員為研究對(duì)象,2017年5月—2018年5月實(shí)行常規(guī)護(hù)理管理模式,2018年6月—2019年6月實(shí)行護(hù)士分層級(jí)管理模式,觀察并對(duì)比兩組的護(hù)理質(zhì)量和護(hù)理差錯(cuò)情況。結(jié)果 研究組在基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理(92.76±4.11)分、病房管理(93.72±3.99)分、健康宣教(95.82±3.91)分、文書書寫(95.92±3.28)分方面的數(shù)據(jù),明顯優(yōu)于參照組各項(xiàng)評(píng)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且研究組護(hù)理差錯(cuò)率(5.5%),明顯低于參照組(22.5%),兩組數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用護(hù)士分層級(jí)管理模式實(shí)施護(hù)理工作,能夠明顯提高護(hù)士護(hù)理專業(yè)水平和質(zhì)量,最大程度降低護(hù)理差錯(cuò)率,為患者生命安全提供保障,值得研究推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the role of nurses' hierarchical management mode in improving the quality of nursing management and evaluate its application value. Methods The nursing staff in the inpatient department of the hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were taken as the research object. The routine nursing management mode was implemented from May 2017 to May 2018, and the nurse hierarchical management mode was implemented from June 2018 to June 2019. The nursing quality and nursing errors of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The data of the study group in terms of basic care (92.76±4.11)points, ward management (93.72±3.99)points, health education (95.82±3.91)points, and clerical writing (95.92±3.28)points were significantly better than the scores of the reference group, with differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05); and the nursing error rate (5.5%) in the study group was significantly lower than the reference group (22.5%). There was a significant difference between the two groups of data, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nurses 'hierarchical management mode to implement nursing work can significantly improve the professional level and quality of nursing care, reduce the nursing error rate to the greatest extent, and provide protection for patients' life safety. It is worthy of research and promotion.

隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,醫(yī)療技術(shù)與醫(yī)療環(huán)境也穩(wěn)步提升,人們對(duì)護(hù)理質(zhì)量的期望同樣在不斷增加。傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理管理模式以簡(jiǎn)便的排班為主,忽略了不同護(hù)理人員的不同經(jīng)驗(yàn)水平,無(wú)法最大化發(fā)揮每位護(hù)理人員的長(zhǎng)處,浪費(fèi)資源的同時(shí)還影響到患者的治療體驗(yàn),因此,尋找另一種護(hù)理管理模式,是提高患者滿意度和護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量的重要出路[1]。護(hù)士分層級(jí)管理模式是目前比較符合護(hù)理需求的一種模式,它能最大化發(fā)揮不同層級(jí)護(hù)理人員的能力,調(diào)動(dòng)其積極性,提高完成工作任務(wù)的質(zhì)量[2]。該研究選擇該院自2017年5月—2019年6月期間住院部護(hù)理人員為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)護(hù)士分層級(jí)管理模式對(duì)提高護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量的作用進(jìn)行探討,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選擇該院住院部收治的患者72例,按照時(shí)間順序?qū)⒆o(hù)理人員分為參照組(2017年5月—2018年5月)與研究組(2018年6月—2019年6月),兩護(hù)理人員15名,包括男3名,女12名,年齡21~44歲,平均年齡(31.15±2.61)歲;工作年限1~12年,平均工作年限(5.19±1.72)年;文化程度:大專5名,本科8名,碩士及以上2名。兩個(gè)階段選取36例患者,參照組患者共計(jì)36例,男20例,女16例,年齡21~70歲,平均年齡(45.93±2.05)歲;研究組患者共計(jì)36例,男18例,女18例,年齡22~69歲,平均年齡(46.01±2.17)歲;兩組患者在性別和年齡方面對(duì)比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
