In the COVID-19 public health crisis,how can Chinese social workers help anti the pneumonia epidemic professionally?Based on the practice of participating in the early phase of anti-epidemic work,the authors point out that a practical professionalism may be emphasized rather than a normative professionalism.Applying the normative action framework based on repeated experiences and stable situations in normal time to guiding professional practice in extraordinary periods may risk ignoring situational differences.At present social work participation in anti-epidemic under the situation with two dominant characteristics:in time dimension,the epidemic is now in the outbreak period;in social space dimension,the government has comprehensive control over the society.The former defines the role preference of social workers and urge the professionals to rethink normative action framework operated in normal time.And the latter requires the professionals act with the stratage of initiatively embedding in administrative system and work on systematic level.The research bases on two action cases.One is the service summary for the medical care group,the other is the exploration process disclosure of the solution to the caring and supervision absence of the temporarily-unsupervised minor dependents because of domestic adults infection.In the end,the meaning of the issue which concerns with issues of profession localization and professionalization of social work in wider range is discussed.

（6）The Construction and Application of ABC-X Model:Work Stress Inter--vvention of the New Generation of Migrant Workers Based on the Integrated Orientaattiioonn

Under the“double separation”of society and system,the new generation of migrant workers'passive resistance to the factory system has become an important issue.The practical circlemains mainly formed the two strategies of“technical rationality”treatment and path dependence of the trade union“administrative mediation”,but failed to respond to the pressure dilemma of the“work hole”of the new generation of migrant workers from the root cause,which caused the work pressure to accumulate and even evolve into a suicide crisis.Taking the“Rongshu Home”project in Shenzhen F Industrial Park as an example,based on the intervention strategy of critically deconstructing the work pressure of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper explores the ABC-X decompression model under the orientation of integration.The study found that through the individual level to improve stress cognition,build psychological capital,guide career planning,as well as the environmental level to enhance family relations,link colleague support,cultivate endogenous self-organization and create a culture of mutual assistance and other intervention strategies,social work can be integrated into the new generation of migrant workers work pressure and lead to evidence-based practice research.

（7）Cultural Production and Bullying Prevention:A Case Study Based on a Social Work Service Project

It has great practical implications to solve the problem of school bullying and develop social work service projects from the perspective of cultural production.This study discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of the case of a social work service project to prevent bullying from the perspective of cultural production.The research findings show that because cultural production includes meaning production,self-production and lifestyle production,the social work services to prevent bullying should include bullying prevention curricula that reproduce the meaning of“bullying”,peer education groups that influence students to build their“identity”,and school community activities that promote a friendly way of life.Although the richness and sustainability of the project still need to be improved,and the service effect needs to be further verified,it’s still a beneficial attempt to innovate the ways of preventing bullying from the perspective of cultural production.
