摘要? 對(duì)中華鱉池塘夏季主要水質(zhì)因子進(jìn)行晝夜連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè),通過(guò)相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn)氣溫與水溫、氣溫與pH、氣溫與溶解氧(DO)、氣溫與氨氮(NH4+-N)、水溫與pH、水溫與DO、水溫與NH4+-N、透明度與pH、pH與DO、pH與NH4+-N、DO與NH4+-N在0.01水平上顯著相關(guān),氣溫與透明度、NH4+-N與亞硝酸氮(NO2--N)在0.05水平上顯著相關(guān)。通過(guò)回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),氣溫(A)與DO(D)函數(shù)關(guān)系為D=0.649A-12.729(R2=0.900,P<0.01),一元回歸關(guān)系達(dá)到極顯著水平;pH(H)與DO(D)函數(shù)關(guān)系為H=0.015D2-0.021D+6.59(R2=0.900,P<0.01),二元回歸關(guān)系達(dá)到極顯著水平,該研究結(jié)果可為指導(dǎo)中華鱉池塘養(yǎng)殖提供參考。

Study on the Day and Night Changes of Water Quality in Culture Ponds of Trionyx sinensis

Abstract? The main water quality factors of Trionyx sinensis ponds? were continuously monitored day and night. Correlation analysis revealed the air temperature and water temperature,air temperature and pH, air temperature and DO, air temperature and NH4+-N, water temperature and pH, water temperature and DO, water temperature and NH4+-N were significantly correlated at 0.01 level.Air temperature and transparency, NH4+-N and NO2--N were significantly correlated at 0.05 level.? The regression analysis showed that the relationship between temperature (A) and DO(D)was D=0.649A-12.729 (R2=0.900, P<0.01), there was extremely significant one-way regression relationship . The relationship between pH(H) and DO(D) was? H=0.015D2-0.021D+6.59 (R2=0.900, P<0.01), the binary regression relationship was extremely significant. The research results could provide guidance for pond culture of T. sinensis.

近年來(lái),中華鱉養(yǎng)殖得到了較快發(fā)展,為漁業(yè)增效、漁民增收和豐富城鄉(xiāng)食品市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。中華鱉養(yǎng)殖經(jīng)歷了從利用天然資源粗放式養(yǎng)殖到人工集約化養(yǎng)殖的發(fā)展過(guò)程,目前已成為我國(guó)淡水漁業(yè)中發(fā)展速度最快、效益最好、集約化程度最高的產(chǎn)業(yè)[1]。但是,養(yǎng)殖中華鱉水質(zhì)的好壞直接影響其攝食、生長(zhǎng)與生存。池塘水生態(tài)環(huán)境具有復(fù)雜、多因素等特點(diǎn),用單因素統(tǒng)計(jì)法往往難以有效分析池塘養(yǎng)殖研究中出現(xiàn)的水質(zhì)問(wèn)題。筆者采用回歸分析方法[2]探討水質(zhì)因子間的相關(guān)性,旨在為進(jìn)一步探討?zhàn)B殖池塘生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的變化規(guī)律、指導(dǎo)養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)。
1? 材料與方法
1.1? 試驗(yàn)材料
選擇撫州地區(qū)中華鱉養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的2個(gè)養(yǎng)殖池塘(編號(hào)為1號(hào)、2號(hào)),每口池塘面積均為1 666.7 m2,水深0.9 m,池塘為長(zhǎng)方形進(jìn)排水方便。所用飼料主要為鮮魚(yú)。池塘間互不連通,養(yǎng)殖模式為半封閉(通常情況下不換水),3 d 加水5 cm深。
