摘要：目的? 探討不同劑量舒芬太尼復合地佐辛用于痔上黏膜環(huán)切術后自控鎮(zhèn)痛對鎮(zhèn)靜效果及疼痛程度的影響。方法? 選擇2015年7月～2018年6月在我院行痔上黏膜環(huán)切術治療的96例患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，各48例。觀察組給予1.5 μg/kg舒芬太尼復合0.3 mg/kg地佐辛，對照組給予2 μg/kg舒芬太尼。比較兩組鎮(zhèn)靜評分及術后疼痛程度。結果? 觀察組術后6、12、24及48 h鎮(zhèn)靜評分分別為（2.10±0.15）分、（2.42±0.19）分、（3.05±0.20）分及（3.96±0.45）分，均高于對照組的（1.38±0.18）分、（2.05±0.16）分、（2.56±0.22）分及（3.18±0.23）分，術后6、12、24及48 h疼痛評分分別為（6.59±0.96）分、（4.24±1.53）分、（2.02±1.26）分及（0.95±0.36）分，均低于對照組的（8.23±1.14）分、（6.18±1.22）分、（4.63±1.37）分及（2.48±1.19）分，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論? 痔上黏膜環(huán)切術患者術后自控鎮(zhèn)痛中采取舒芬太尼復合地佐辛鎮(zhèn)痛效果理想，利于降低患者疼痛程度，促進患者康復。

Abstract：Objective? To investigate the effects of different doses of sufentanil combined with dizocine on the sedative effect and pain degree of self-controlled analgesia after supraorbital mucosal circumcision. Methods? 96 patients who underwent sacral circumcision in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 48 cases each. The observation group was given 1.5 μg/kg sufentanil combined with 0.3 mg/kg dysone， and the control group was given 2 μg/kg sufentanil. The sedation scores and postoperative pain levels were compared between the two groups. Results? The sedation scores of the observation group at （2.10±0.15）， （2.42±0.19）， （3.05±0.20） and （3.96±0.45） were higher than those of the control group at 6， 12， 24 and 48 h after operation（1.38±0.18）， （2.05±0.16）， （2.56±0.22） and （3.18±0.23）， the pain scores at 6， 12， 24 and 48 h were （6.59±0.96），（4.24±1.53）， （2.02±1.26） and （0.95±0.36）， respectively， All were lower than the control group （8.23±1.14）， （6.18±1.22）， （4.63±1.37） and （2.48±1.19）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? Sufentanil combined with dextrozine is effective in the postoperative analgesia of patients with supraorbital mucosa. It is beneficial to reduce the pain level and promote the recovery of patients.

痔是臨床上常見的肛門疾病，主要臨床表現為肛門疼痛、瘙癢及間歇性便后出血等，給患者心理及生理均造成嚴重影響[1]。目前臨床常采取手術治療，痔上黏膜環(huán)切術利用吻合器環(huán)形切除，促使肛墊上移并固定，可有效達到治療目，但術后患者易產生劇烈疼痛[2]。因此，給予科學合理的麻醉劑量，對緩解緩解術后疼痛，改善鎮(zhèn)靜效果具有重要作用。鑒于此，本研究進一步探討痔上黏膜環(huán)切術后自控鎮(zhèn)痛采取不同劑量舒芬太尼復合地佐辛對疼痛程度及鎮(zhèn)靜效果的影響，報道如下。
