【摘要】 目的 探討個(gè)性化康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦梗死患者的效果及對(duì)其神經(jīng)功能、生活質(zhì)量的影響。

方法 140例腦梗死患者， 隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組， 每組70例。對(duì)照組患者采取常規(guī)護(hù)理， 觀察組患者在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上采取個(gè)性化康復(fù)護(hù)理。比較兩組患者干預(yù)前后生活自理能力、生活質(zhì)量、神經(jīng)功能缺損情況。結(jié)果 護(hù)理后1、2、3個(gè)月， 兩組患者Barthel指數(shù)（MBI）評(píng)分均高于本組護(hù)理前， 且觀察組患者高于對(duì)照組， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。護(hù)理后1、2、3個(gè)月， 兩組患者生活質(zhì)量量表（QOL）評(píng)分均高于本組護(hù)理前， 且觀察組患者高于對(duì)照組， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。護(hù)理后3個(gè)月， 兩組患者美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評(píng)分均低于本組護(hù)理前， 且觀察組患者（10.00±3.60）分低于對(duì)照組的（19.90±3.20）分， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 個(gè)性化康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能的改善效果顯著， 對(duì)提高患者的生活質(zhì)量起著重要的作用， 應(yīng)用價(jià)值高。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To discuss the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on cerebral infarction patients and its influence on neurological function and quality of life. Methods? ?A total of 140 cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 70 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation group received individualized rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. Comparison were made on self-care ability， quality of life and neurological deficits before and after intervention between the two groups. Results? ?After 1， 2 and 3 months of nursing， both groups had higher modified Barthel index （MBI） score score than those before nursing， and the observation group was higher than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 1， 2 and 3 months of nursing， both groups had higher quality of life （QOL） score than those before nursing， and the observation group was higher than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After nursing， both groups had lower National Institutes of Health stroke scale （NIHSS） score than that before nursing， and the observation group had lower score as （10.00±3.60） points than （19.90±3.20） points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? ?Individualized rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on improving neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction， and it plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients. It has high application value.
