Abstract：This is real a valuable experience in my study career.My mother and father cheered me up when I injured my arm before my high school physical examination.I learned a lot in this experience.No matter what difficulties are encountered，isn't the first thing that comes to mind a warm home？

I live in a family full of warmth and happiness.Before the senior high school entrance examination，an accident happened that made me unforgettable.During that time，I became more and more aware of that only the family can give me warmth.

It was before the entrance examination and the sports，I unfortunately fell the right hand palm.I am so anxious to die！ I have to take the physical examination soon.How do I finish the test ？ Mom and Dad are even more anxious than me，but they are in a hurry and seem to need to comfort me.

“Dont worry，there are still ten days to cure，and it will be no problem to work hard.” Mother comforted me.In order to make me hurry，she took me to the best doctor to see a doctor，and bought bones every day to go home for me to stew.Looking at her busy figure in the kitchen，I have an unspeakable taste in my heart.After the soup is stewed，she is always good，carefully holding the bowl，holding the spoon in the right hand，gently holding a spoonful of soup and blowing it on the mouth，then licking it with her lips，try not to burn it.Slowly sent to my mouth.

Looking at my mothers concentrated expression，the sweat on the forehead and the growing wrinkles and white hair，I deeply feel：Mom is too hard，I really enveloped the sunshine of love.I havent shed tears for a long time but I have come up with tears.Tears slowly lie down on the cheeks and drank with the hot bone soup.At this point，I felt a warm current flowing all over the body，and the body was hot and warm，and suddenly I felt the inexplicable energy.

Its not enough to replenish your body.Its important to stick to exercise.This task falls on Dads shoulder.Every day，he called me out of bed early in the morning;when I went to the open space downstairs，he tied the two sandbags I bought for me to my wrist，then let me do chest expansion and raise my arms up and down to practice my upper limbs.After dozens of and hundreds of exercises，my arms were almost numb.But when I think about my parents concerns for me，and an imminent physical examination that was coming soon，I once again raised my arms and went on doing.After a long period of exercise，I got a perfect score on the April 22 physical exam.In the eyes of my classmates envious and the teachers gratification，I had only one thought：I really wanted to fly to my parents and tell them the good news.I am grateful to my family，it gave me care and helped me，gave me warm encouragement，and made me successful in the exam.

Although it is only a small exam，it really makes me realize that my home is always the most solid and warmest harbor.No matter what difficulties are encountered，isnt the first thing that comes to mind a warm home？
