昆山市政務(wù)服務(wù)中心由四棟塔樓和連接塔樓的裙房圍合而成，建筑面積10.2萬(wàn)平方米。匯集了二十多家市級(jí)委辦局，為全市居民、企業(yè)提供包括民生、社保、稅務(wù)、公安、出入境、公共資源交易、投資建設(shè)、市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入、社會(huì)綜合管理等一站式服務(wù)。 自項(xiàng)目2009年立項(xiàng)、2011年建筑方案后期階段開(kāi)始介入設(shè)計(jì)以來(lái)，歷時(shí)多年,期間經(jīng)歷了各種國(guó)家政務(wù)政策、城市綜合服務(wù)管理定位、使用功能置換、新老建筑規(guī)范交替等等的調(diào)整變化。設(shè)計(jì)者回望的視線和思考已從之初的設(shè)計(jì)本體抽離開(kāi)，更為關(guān)注的是于當(dāng)下快速變化的時(shí)代背景之下,城市公共職能的管理者和公民空間以及被服務(wù)對(duì)象之間的決策、激發(fā)、引導(dǎo)、契合關(guān)系，活動(dòng)對(duì)象由此獲得的身體與精神層面的愉悅感和被尊重感，藉民生活動(dòng)推動(dòng)城市的活力。 本項(xiàng)目獲得美國(guó)綠色建筑委員會(huì)LEED-NC金級(jí)認(rèn)證

The Kunshan Civic Service Centre consists of four towers and a podium, with a total area of 102,000 sqm. It accommodates over 20 municipal offices, and provides a whole range of one-stop services including livelihood, social insurance, taxation, public security,border entry, public resource exchange, investment and development, market entry, general administration,and etc. Since the project's inception in 2009 and the interior design's involvement in 2011 at the end of the architectural schematic design, years have passed and the project has experienced a number of changes including state policy, re-positioning of city's general administration, functional adjustment, and implementation of new building code. The designer's retrospect has since departed from the initial main body of design, and shifted to the decision-making,motivation, guiding, and integration between the city administrators of the public functions, the civic spaces,and the people who are served, under the backdrop of this changing era. Attention will also be given to the sense of pleasure and respect the users receive, and the city life which is enlivened by civic activities. Green certi fication: LEED-NC.Gold
