        A Study of Blended—teaching Model in CollegeEnglishTeaching

        Abstract:With the deepening and popularization of college English teaching reform,the current college English teaching has not been able to meet the needs of college students in English learning.It should make innovations in College English teaching to satisfy the tendency.In the paper,the author analyzed the current situation of the traditional College English teaching, pointing out the Blended-teaching Model.The author made a briefdescription of the application of Blended-teaching Model.It is pointed outthat the combination of the traditional teaching and the digital teaching could meet the needs of the development of the College English Teaching.

        Key words:Blended-teaching ModelCollege English teachingThe College English CurriculumRequirementspoints out that colleges and universities should pay full attention to the construction of network courses and network platforms so that college studentsEnglish learning can be integrated asa whole. At the same time,it promotes the reform and innovation of teaching evaluation,so that students become the main body of learning and learn more effectively.

        ⅠThe current status of college English Teaching

        The basic requirements of college English teaching reform emphasize the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability, but the present English teaching cannot meet the training standards of students.It is impossible to choose the feasible teaching method to break the original "factory teaching model",and the primary statusof the students can not be highlighted in the teaching.

        ⅡThe concrete measures for the application of blended-teaching modelin College English teaching

        Under the background of“big data”,the blended-teaching of college English is the inevitable choice to cope with the change of the times.The theoretical basis of blended-teaching model is mainly constructivistlearning theory,socio-cultural learning theory and cognitive theory.The blended-teaching modelis a new, optimized and complementary combination of modern multimedia teaching technology and traditional classroom teaching.Some scholars'studies have also proved that blended-teaching can stimulate students'interest in learning, develop autonomous learning ability and enhance the effect of learning.

        1.To clarify the importance of blended-teaching modeland enhance the comprehensive quality of College English teachers

        Blended-teaching is an important teaching method which combines digital teaching with traditional teaching under the premise of rapid development of information technology. Therefore, to clarify the significance of the blended-teaching modeland to learn the basic connotation of the blended-teaching can also improve the comprehensive quality of college English teachers.

        2.Rational use the Network Teaching Resources in College English Teaching

        In college English teaching, we should make use of the teaching resources of the network reasonably to design the teaching, so as to ensure that the teaching resources meet the requirements of the curriculum and be effectively developed. Some websites,"Pigai"and"tornado" app.,help students to learn English and search for more abundant audio materials to meet the students'needsfor English skills.

        3.Upgrading of network teaching facilities and multimedia teaching equipment

        Network teaching facilities and multi-media teaching equipment are the premise of realizing advanced teaching methods. With the continuous improvement of information technology, new multimedia devices have emerged. Therefore, we need to updatethe equipmentand takethe network teaching platform as the carrier and combining with the actual school-based environment.

        4.Enrich the content of teaching to meet the practical needs of the application of blended-teaching model

        In order to enrich the students'vision,the requirements of the students should not be confined to the traditional English knowledge, but should be based on the broader teaching content to enrich the students' comprehensive ability. In order to enrich the teaching contents and meet the practical needs of the application of blended-teaching model, we can find the corresponding translation materials in Englishfor students.

        5.Combine face-to-face teaching with network teaching

        The integration of online and offline teaching is not only a breakthrough in traditional teaching, but also a clear understanding of the practical significance of the organic combination of online English teaching and traditional English teaching at a deeper level.

        6.Improving the evaluation and feedback of the application of blended-teaching modelin College

        In the process of applying blended-teaching, the most outstanding part of it is to meetthe individualized teaching demand. At the same time, we should make clear the problems existing in the application of blended-teaching model and adjust them in time. With the platform of network information, we can evaluate the students synthetically, so as to combine the result of summative evaluationandevaluate the students objectively.

        ⅢConclusion

        With the change of society and times and the arrival of Internet era, foreign language teaching in colleges and universities is facing new opportunities and challenges.The online courses have expanded the teaching space and time, enhanced the attraction of teaching, and stimulated learners' enthusiasm and autonomy in learning. It has expanded the benefits of high-quality educational resources and is the new direction of higher education reform in the future.
