由國(guó)家文化和旅游部、中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院共同主辦，中外文化交流中心承辦的2018“漢學(xué)與當(dāng)代中國(guó)”座談會(huì)在北京開(kāi)幕。其間，來(lái)自24個(gè)國(guó)家的28位漢學(xué)家、中國(guó)問(wèn)題研究專(zhuān)家和智庫(kù)學(xué)者以及11位中方學(xué)者，圍繞“改革開(kāi)放40年——中國(guó)與世界”這一主題進(jìn)行深入交流與對(duì)話(huà)。隨后，專(zhuān)家學(xué)者一行走進(jìn)浙江，實(shí)地考察調(diào)研浙江鄉(xiāng)村振興發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，親身感悟體驗(yàn)浙江人文山水底蘊(yùn)。

今年正值中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放40周年，改革開(kāi)放對(duì)中國(guó)和中國(guó)人民影響之深遠(yuǎn)前所未有。40年的改革開(kāi)放，使中國(guó)走出了一條與世界共贏發(fā)展的道路。

座談會(huì)期間，外方學(xué)者代表、白俄羅斯文化部前任部長(zhǎng)斯維特洛夫·鮑里斯（Svetlov Boris）在致辭時(shí)表示，此次座談會(huì)在“改革開(kāi)放40年——中國(guó)與世界”主題下分設(shè)了“中國(guó)發(fā)展新理念與國(guó)際合作新前景”“‘一帶一路與共同發(fā)展”“中國(guó)文化與人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體”三個(gè)議題，鮮明體現(xiàn)著中國(guó)與世界的共性和特殊性。

在他看來(lái)，中國(guó)文化是一條獨(dú)特的“絲綢之路”，它不僅存在于地理空間，而且也存在于歷史長(zhǎng)河的坐標(biāo)軸上。中西方長(zhǎng)期互為補(bǔ)充，相互借鑒先進(jìn)的科技成果、哲學(xué)思想和藝術(shù)思想。如果說(shuō)從前人類(lèi)的交流是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)先行，之后才是商貿(mào)往來(lái)，文化價(jià)值在此之后才被轉(zhuǎn)化，那么在今天文化則成了先行者，促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易。這種軟實(shí)力促進(jìn)并加強(qiáng)了人民之間的友好關(guān)系，增進(jìn)了彼此的了解。

“漢學(xué)與當(dāng)代中國(guó)”座談會(huì)至今已舉辦六屆，共邀請(qǐng)到來(lái)自56個(gè)國(guó)家的150位具有國(guó)際影響力的漢學(xué)家、學(xué)者參與，為各國(guó)中國(guó)學(xué)研究者、智庫(kù)專(zhuān)家搭建了一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)交流與信息溝通的專(zhuān)業(yè)平臺(tái)，促進(jìn)中外高端思想文化交流與合作，提升國(guó)際中國(guó)學(xué)研究水平。

“有交流才有借鑒。”在浙江期間，專(zhuān)家學(xué)者一行先后赴浙江美麗鄉(xiāng)村、杭州人文景點(diǎn)及阿里巴巴集團(tuán)考察調(diào)研，開(kāi)展交流座談。許多漢學(xué)家在實(shí)地參觀(guān)考察以后，對(duì)浙江堅(jiān)持改革發(fā)放所取得的翻天覆地的變化表示了由衷的贊嘆。“沒(méi)想到，浙江的一個(gè)小山村能發(fā)展得這么好、這么美。這里資源豐富、村莊整潔，我很喜歡。”美國(guó)德克薩斯南方大學(xué)歷史與地理學(xué)系副教授羅杰說(shuō)，這是他根本沒(méi)有想到的。

在阿里巴巴總部，專(zhuān)家學(xué)者們就“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體”這一話(huà)題進(jìn)行了交流。格魯吉亞漢學(xué)家協(xié)會(huì)主席JIBLADZE（瑪麗亞）對(duì)雙方加強(qiáng)文化交流，特別是開(kāi)展商務(wù)合作等表示了強(qiáng)烈的興趣。她希望幫助兩國(guó)人民加強(qiáng)互相了解，建議通過(guò)孔子學(xué)院或者通過(guò)協(xié)會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)阿里巴巴的代表到格魯吉亞最好的大學(xué)講課。用她的話(huà)說(shuō)，除了中文系，還有商務(wù)、數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生，都非常想了解中國(guó)。現(xiàn)在大學(xué)里學(xué)商務(wù)漢語(yǔ)的人非常多，他們想通過(guò)漢語(yǔ)或者是通過(guò)孔子學(xué)院更好地了解中國(guó)，加強(qiáng)與中國(guó)的交流，比如開(kāi)展貿(mào)易、發(fā)展友好商務(wù)合作等。

在中國(guó)絲綢博物館，漢學(xué)家們進(jìn)一步了解了中國(guó)絲綢的發(fā)展歷程及其傳播至西方的萬(wàn)里絲路；在大運(yùn)河歷史文化街區(qū)、京杭大運(yùn)河博物館等地，專(zhuān)家學(xué)者們一邊體驗(yàn)非遺手工藝制作技藝，一邊對(duì)中國(guó)博大精深的文化底蘊(yùn)和傳承保護(hù)給予了充分的肯定。正如哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院非常駐高級(jí)研究員柯保羅所說(shuō)，浙江之行，讓漢學(xué)家們更加直觀(guān)地感受到中國(guó)創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享的發(fā)展理念，幫助大家樹(shù)立共贏發(fā)展、共謀福祉的全球視野。

漢學(xué)家是從事中國(guó)研究的外國(guó)學(xué)者，也是傳播中國(guó)文化的重要使者。在這里，他們的共同語(yǔ)言是漢語(yǔ)。

自2013年舉辦首屆“漢學(xué)與當(dāng)代中國(guó)”座談會(huì)以來(lái)，中外知名專(zhuān)家學(xué)者就中國(guó)文化與漢學(xué)研究分享真知灼見(jiàn)，對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)與共同發(fā)展等議題展開(kāi)深度剖析，獲得了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)界的一致認(rèn)可和高度評(píng)價(jià)。

Jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and China Academy of Social Sciences and organized by the Center for International and Cultural Education， a seminar for sinologists， China experts and think tank scholars was held from July 23 to 28 first in Beijing and then Hangzhou. The participants included 28 international scholars and 11 Chinese scholars. Discussions centered on “China and World： 40 Years of Reform and Opening up”. The participants were in Beijing for two days and then tripped all the way from Beijing to Zhejiang for a field study to experience the contemporary China with a focus on the rural development and revitalization of Zhejiang and the provinces culture and history.

The year 2018 marked the 40th anniversary of Chinas reform and opening-up to the outside world. This strategic drive has brought about unprecedented changes in both China and Chinese people. In the 40 years， China has blazed a new path for a win-win growth with the world.

Mr. Boris Svetlov， the former Belarusian Culture Minister， spoke at the seminar. There were three topics at the seminar： new development theory for China and new future for international cooperation， Belt and Road Initiative and shared development， Chinese culture and a community of shared future for humanity. Mr. Boris Svetlov said the three topics highlighted what China and the rest of the world had in common and what differences there were.

In his opinion， in the past， wars came before trade and cultural exchanges； today， culture helps boost economy and trade. This soft power promotes and strengthens friendship between peoples and enhances mutual understanding.

The seminar this year was the sixth since its inception in 2013. So far， about 150 international scholars from 56 countries have attended the annual event. It has served as a platform for promoting high-end academic and cultural exchanges and cooperation and enhancing sinology across the world.

The scholars and experts visited Anji， a rural county in northern Zhejiang for a view of profound changes in rural areas across the province. They also visited places of historical and cultural interests around Hangzhou. They visited Alibaba， the global E-commerce giant headquartered in the city.

Most of these visitors had spent years in China and they knew what China looked like in the past. Some of them first visited China decades ago. They were deeply impressed with the profound changes Anji presented.

In Alibaba headquarters， the international visitors and Alibaba management talked about internet and a community of a shared future for humanity. Ms. Jibladze， president of Georgian Sinologists Association， expressed a strong interest in boosting business ties between Georgia and China. She hoped to invite Alibaba experts， with the assistance of Confucius Institute or the sinologists association， to give lectures at the best universities in Georgia. According to her， students who took Chinese， mathematics， business and computer science as majors were all eager to learn more about China.

At China National Silk Museum， the visitors learned about the history of silk which originated in China and the Silk Road which started in China and extended all the way to the west. The visitors took a boat tour on the Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal that connects Hangzhou in the south and Beijing in the north. Mr. Paul Clifford， a researcher with Kennedy School of Government， commented that the trip to Zhejiang enabled the experts to make a direct sense of Chinas development theory which featured innovation， coordination， greenness， openness， and share. He said that the theory helped establish a global perspective for a win-win development and shared benefits.

Sinologists are international scholars engaged in China studies. They are also messengers of Chinese culture. Since its inception in 2013， “Sinology and Contemporary China” has served as a platform where sinologists have shared insights into Chinese culture and made progress in sinology studies， looked into contemporary China and common development. The annual event has been highly spoken of and recognized among the sinologists across the world.
