【摘要】 目的：分析晚期前列腺癌恥骨上單切口雙側睪丸切除術的應用效果。方法：選取本院收治的晚期前列腺癌患者64例，根據治療方法不同將其分為對照組（n=31）和觀察組（n=33）。對照組行常規(guī)雙側睪丸切除術治療，觀察組行恥骨上單切口雙側睪丸切除術治療。比較兩組手術狀況、住院時間、住院費用、手術療效、并發(fā)癥及治療前后的生活質量評分。結果：觀察組總有效率為96.97%，高于對照組的80.65%（P<0.05）；觀察組術中出血量、手術時間分別為（22.74±10.51）mL、（12.37±2.81）min，均低于對照組的（59.68±18.47）mL、（37.24±8.65）min，比較差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）；對照組陰囊血腫、切口感染發(fā)生率分別為12.90%、16.13%，而觀察組均未出現這兩種并發(fā)癥，比較差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，觀察組的生活質量評分為（7.30±1.02）分，顯著高于對照組的（5.84±0.92）分，比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：恥骨上單切口雙側睪丸切除術用于晚期前列腺癌患者治療，可有效提升治療總有效率，縮短手術時間，降低術中出血量，抑制陰囊血腫、切口感染等并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生，提高患者生活質量，臨床價值極高。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of bilateral orchiectomy with suprapubic single incision in treatment of advanced prostate cancer.Method：A total of 64 patients with advanced prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected，according to the difference of treatment methods，they were divided into control group（n=31） and observation group（n=33）.The control group was treated with routine bilateral testicle excision，and observation group was treated with bilateral orchiectomy with suprapubic single incision.The operation condition，hospitalization time，hospitalization cost，curative effect，complications and quality of life score before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 96.97%，which was higher than 80.65% of control group（P<0.05）.The intraoperative blood loss and operative time in observation group were（22.74±10.51）mL and （12.37±2.81）min respectively，which were lower than（59.68±18.47）mL and（37.24±8.65）min in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of scrotal hematoma and incision infection in control group was 12.90% and 16.13% respectively，while there were no two kinds of complications in observation group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the quality of life score in observation group was（7.30±1.02）points，which was significantly higher than（5.84±0.92）points of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Bilateral orchiectomy with suprapubic single incision for treatment of advanced prostate cancer patients，can effectively improve the treatment efficiency，shorten operation time，reduce intraoperative bleeding and inhibit scrotal hematoma，incision infection and other complications，improve the quality of life of patients，which is of high clinical value.
