        永磁直線同步電機(jī)矢量控制模型的優(yōu)化與準(zhǔn)確性分析

        摘要:基于永磁直線同步電機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)模型,構(gòu)建具有三閉環(huán)控制結(jié)構(gòu)的永磁直線同步電機(jī)伺服控制系統(tǒng),并采用電壓空間矢量控制策略,在MatLab/Simulink環(huán)境下搭建永磁直線同步電機(jī)伺服控制系統(tǒng)整體仿真模型,通過對仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,表明了該模型的正確性,為后續(xù)高精度永磁直線同步電機(jī)控制方法的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)模型。

        Analysis of optimization and accuracy on vector control model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor

        Abstract: A servo control system with a three-closed-loop control structure for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) is constructed based on the mathematical model of PMLSM. The voltage space vector control strategy is adopted to build a overall simulation model of the servo control system for PMLSM in MatLab/Simulink environment. The results of the experiments are analyzed and proves the correctness of the simulation model which provides a basic model for the subsequent research on the control method of high-precision PMLSM.

        基于直流電機(jī)控制的智能尋跡小車

        摘要:設(shè)計(jì)了基于STC12C5A單片機(jī)的智能尋跡小車。利用小車前側(cè)及左右兩側(cè)的光電傳感器檢測跑道上的黑線,以STC12C5A單片機(jī)為控制芯片控制電動(dòng)機(jī)及時(shí)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)向并利用PWM進(jìn)行調(diào)速,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)小車沿跑道行駛以及超車的功能。其中尋跡信息采集部分以反射式光電傳感器和比較器組成,將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)處理后送至單片機(jī)。利用單片機(jī)輸出的PWM波經(jīng)L298N實(shí)現(xiàn)對電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的控制,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)小車的智能化。該小車具有自動(dòng)尋跡、起始點(diǎn)檢測以及自動(dòng)聲光報(bào)警等功能?;诜€(wěn)定的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)以及精確可靠的軟件算法,小車能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期功能。

        Design of an intelligent auto-tracking car based on DC motor control

        Abstract: An intelligent auto-tracking car based on DC motor control is designed in this paper, which uses the photoelectric sensors at the front and the left and right sides of the car to detect the black line on the runway, STC12C5A MCU as the core to control the motor for adjusting the direction of the car, and the PWM signals to adjust the speed, so as to realize the car driving along the runway and the function of overtaking. The tracing information acquisition part is composed of the reflective photoelectric sensors and the comparator, which processes the collected data and sends them to the MCU. The control of motor speed is realized by using PWM wave output from SCM to realize the intelligentialize of the car. The car has automatic tracking, starting point detection and automatic sound alarm and other functions. Based on stable hardware circuit design and accurate and reliable software algorithm, the car can realize the expected function.

        電池組改進(jìn)型電感均衡電路研究

        摘要:為了解決傳統(tǒng)電感型均衡電路只能實(shí)現(xiàn)電池單體之間能量單向流動(dòng)、效率低下、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜等問題,提出一種新的均衡電路拓?fù)洌蓪?shí)現(xiàn)由任何電壓高的電池單元向任何電壓低的單體電池轉(zhuǎn)移電能,實(shí)現(xiàn)電池組間主動(dòng)平衡。首先,為確保電能可實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向流動(dòng)以及均衡電流可工作在連續(xù)狀態(tài)下,對經(jīng)典Buck-Boost電路進(jìn)行改進(jìn)作為串聯(lián)電池組均衡單元;然后,根據(jù)均衡電路特點(diǎn),計(jì)算各個(gè)開關(guān)管占空比,實(shí)現(xiàn)串聯(lián)電池組間電能由高到低的流動(dòng),其次,通過電路分析,推導(dǎo)出均衡電流值;最后在Simulink平臺進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),證明該均衡電路的有效性。

        Improved inductance equalization circuit for battery pack

        Abstract: In order to solve the problems of traditional inductance balanced circuits, such as one-way-flow energy between batteries, low efficiency, complex structure and so on, a new balanced circuit topology is presented in this paper, which can transfer electric energy from high voltage battery unit to low voltage battery to achieve the balance between batteries. In order to ensure that the electric energy can achieve two-way-flow and the balanced current can work in continuous state, the classic Buck-Boostcircuit is improved at first as a balancing unit for series battery pack. Then, the duty cycle of each switching is calculated according to the characteristics of the balancing circuit to complete electric energy flowing from the high to the low in the series battery pack. Secondly, the balanced current value is derived by analyzing the circuit. Finally, the simulation experiments are done on Simulink platform, and the effectiveness of the balanced circuit is proved.

        分?jǐn)?shù)階控制器在光電吊艙控制中的應(yīng)用

        摘要:主要對光電吊艙俯仰環(huán)采用系統(tǒng)辨識法進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,基于幅值裕量和相位裕量法對分?jǐn)?shù)階PIλDμ控制器參數(shù)整定,采用ALAlaoui+CFE脈沖響應(yīng)不變法對控制器進(jìn)行離散化實(shí)現(xiàn),結(jié)合卡爾曼濾波器對模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,結(jié)果表明基于卡爾曼濾波器的分?jǐn)?shù)階PIλDμ控制器比純分?jǐn)?shù)階PIλDμ控制器具有更好的控制效果、更強(qiáng)的魯棒性和抗干擾能力。

        Application of fractional controller in photoelectric pod control

        Abstract: The mathematical model of optical pod pitch is established by using the system identification method. The controller parameters of fractional order PIλDμare tuned based on the amplitude margin and phase margin method, and the AL-Alaoui+CFE impulse response invariant method is used to discretize the controller. Finally, the model is simulated and analyzed with Kalman filter, and the results show that the fractional order PIλDμcontroller based on the Kalman filter has better control effect, stronger robustness and anti-interference ability than pure fractional order PIλDμcontroller.
