“海貍工坊”辦公空間是一個為影視傳媒公司所量身定制的新型辦公空間，我們通過一個多孔的“盒子”的植入來完成對使用空間的加建：占據(jù)了約一半場地大小的“盒子”容納了天井、會議室等所有內(nèi)向性房間，而將“盒子”外部的流動空間留給開放式工位使用，“盒子”上的多孔便成為了被墻體分隔的空間之間的紐帶。整個空間由一個螺旋上升的路徑連接了5個不同的標(biāo)高，錯層設(shè)計和多孔的墻體，共同創(chuàng)造了一個“人在畫中游”的流動空間和視覺體驗。

這張畫創(chuàng)作于方案設(shè)計完成之后，幾乎與施工現(xiàn)場是同步進(jìn)行的，它其實是一張四維空間的分解軸測圖。為了能夠更好地表達(dá)螺旋式上升路徑所帶來的豐富的視角、場景和空間體驗，我們將建筑的北側(cè)入口作為出發(fā)點、最高標(biāo)高層的閣樓辦公室作為終點，在行進(jìn)的路徑上選取了15個節(jié)點的正軸測視角，按照經(jīng)過的“空間—時間”順序排列組合之后形成了這張建筑畫。畫面呈現(xiàn)的是每一個具體場景出現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容而不是正常的建筑軸測，這也是為什么畫中很多場景會在不同的方向重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的原因。我們使用了一個“螺旋向心”的路徑來組織這些場景片段，在一定程度上也暗示了空間組織方式。我們也希望通過這張建筑畫的繪制來探索把設(shè)計中強調(diào)的由螺旋路徑和流動空間帶來的一系列多向度感知重新拍平到一個二維平面上再現(xiàn)的可能性?！?/p>

"Beaver Workshop" Ofce Space is an innovative work space customised for a flm and media company. We expanded the usable space by inserting a multi-opening box which occupied more than half of the site: an atrium and all the inward rooms such as independent ofces, meeting rooms are contained in the box, while the fowing space outside the box are left for open work space. A spiral circulation is applied to connect fve diferent levels inside the warehouse, and fowing space creates unique experience by the manipulation of foors of fve diferent heights and walls of various openings.

This architectural drawing was created after the schematic design, almost the same time of the construction. It is actually a four-dimensional exploded axonometric drawing for better illustrating the diferent scene and spatial feelings caused by the spiral circulation.We selected 15 joints from the circulation, and combined them together with the order of "space-time". In this sense, information within this drawing is not normal joint but an addition of scenes, it is also the reason that the same scene reappears in diferent places.The spiral circulation we chose to manage the series scenes within the drawing also reveals the actually way of spatial organisation. According to this architectural drawing, we hope to explore the possibility of representing spiral movement and fowing space by fatten the series of axonometric scenes onto a single plan.□
