[摘要] 目的 探討布地奈德聯(lián)合孟魯司特治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘的效果。方法 選取我院2014年4月～ 2015年9月收治的108例小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘患者，采用隨機(jī)分配的方式，分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各54例，對(duì)照組患者給予霧化吸入布地奈德治療，觀察組患者給予布地奈德聯(lián)合孟魯司特治療，對(duì)比兩組患者的臨床效果。結(jié)果 兩組患者治療后血清IgE、白細(xì)胞介素-4、腫瘤壞死因子-α下降明顯（P<0.05），觀察組患者下降水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組患者癥狀的緩解與消失時(shí)間也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；治療后1年隨訪，觀察組患者復(fù)發(fā)率為3.70%，對(duì)照組患者復(fù)發(fā)率為11.11%，兩組有顯著差異（P<0.05），具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 布地奈德聯(lián)合孟魯司特治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘有著較好的臨床效果，不良反應(yīng)較少，安全性較高，值得在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Effect of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 108 cases of children with cough variant asthma in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group， by random allocation method. Patients in control group were treated with budesonide inhalation therapy， and patients in observation group were given budesonide combined with montelukast treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， The serum IgE， interleukin -4， tumor necrosis factor-α of the two groups were decreased significantly（P<0.05）. The decrease range of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. And there was statistical significance. The remission and disappearance time of the patients in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. And there was statistical significance. After 1 years of treatment， the recurrence rate was 3.70% in the observation group， and it was11.11% in the control group， and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）， which was statistically significant. Conclusion Budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma has good clinical effect. It has less adverse reaction， and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application

咳嗽變異性哮喘是常見的支氣管哮喘病之一，是引發(fā)兒童慢性咳嗽的主要危險(xiǎn)因素，在兒童中的發(fā)病率較高，對(duì)兒童的日常生活以及心肺功能造成了嚴(yán)重的影響?？人宰儺愋韵闹饕Y狀為氣道的高反應(yīng)性，一般沒有明顯的哮喘癥狀，大多表現(xiàn)為反復(fù)咳嗽[1]。在咳嗽變異性哮喘的發(fā)生與發(fā)展過程中，白三烯有著促進(jìn)炎性反應(yīng)細(xì)胞聚集、增加血管通透性的效果，能參與到呼吸道炎性反應(yīng)過程中，因此被廣泛運(yùn)用于治療[2]。本次研究采用布地奈德聯(lián)合孟魯司特的方式治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘，取得了較好的效果。具體報(bào)道如下。
