【摘要】 目的 探究復方皂礬丸在惡性腫瘤患者化療后骨髓造血功能中的保護及機制。方法 90例惡性腫瘤患者, 隨機分為參照組與研究組, 各45例。對兩組患者實施化療后, 參照組給予聯(lián)合鯊肝醇片與利血生片進行治療, 研究組則使用復方皂礬丸進行治療。比較兩種治療方法對患者化療后骨髓造血功能的保護作用。結果 實施化療后第21天, 研究組患者血小板≥100×109/L的患者占100.00%、血紅蛋白≥90 g/L的患者占100.00%、中性粒細胞≥1.5×109/L的患者占86.67%, 優(yōu)于參照組的77.78%、73.33%、68.89%, 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。研究組出血率與感染率分別為11.11%和31.11%, 參照組出血率與感染率分別為35.56%和53.33%, 研究組患者化療后出血率及感染率低于參照組, 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 惡性腫瘤患者化療后采用復方皂礬丸進行治療, 效果顯著, 對其骨髓造血功能起到良好的保護作用, 藥效學效應以及臨床療效均得到較大程度的提升, 值得推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate protection mechanism of compound Zaofan pills in bone marrow hematopoietic function after chemotherapy for malignant tumor patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 45 cases in each group. After chemotherapy in both groups, the control group received batilol tablets combined with leucogen tablets for treatment, and the research group received compound Zaofan pills for treatment. Comparison was made on protective effects between the two treatment measures on bone marrow hematopoietic function after chemotherapy. Results After 21 d of chemotherapy, cases with blood platelet ≥100×109/L in the research group accounted for 100.00%, cases with hemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L accounted for 100.00%, and cases with neutrophil ≥1.5×109/L accounted for 86.67%, which were all better than 77.78%, 73.33% and 68.89% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The research group had hemorrhage rate and infection rate respectively as 11.11% and 31.11%, and the control group had hemorrhage rate and infection rate respectively as 35.56% and 53.33%. The research group had lower hemorrhage rate and infection rate after chemotherapy than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of compound Zaofan pills after chemotherapy for malignant tumor shows excellent effects. This method shows good protective effect for bone marrow hematopoietic function, along with remarkable improvement of pharmacodynamic effect and clinical effect. It is worth promoting and applying.

惡性腫瘤作為一種臨床常見疾病, 具有類型多、發(fā)病率高等特點[1]。通常情況下, 患者患病后無明顯癥狀, 而當身體出現明顯疼痛感時再就醫(yī), 一般已為中晚期, 錯失了治療的最佳時機[2]。現階段較為常見的治療惡性腫瘤的方法就是化療。然而, 研究表明少數患者在化療后極易出現造血功能損傷, 進而產生毒性反應[3], 對患者的預后產生不利影響。本院就復方皂礬丸在惡性腫瘤患者化療后骨髓造血功能中的保護及機制展開研究, 取得了較為理想的效果, 現報告如下。
