1999年5月，我通過(guò)一個(gè)偶然但幸運(yùn)的機(jī)會(huì)登上了“ICBC Almaty”這條大船，那時(shí)的我還并不了解站在ICBC Almaty背后的工商銀行。ICBC Almaty從此成了我的第二個(gè)家，同事們成了我的家人，我們一起工作，一起完成上級(jí)布置的任務(wù)，一起展望未來(lái)，一起分享快樂(lè)的時(shí)光，一起互相扶持，一起努力工作，一起解決難題，一起作出結(jié)論，一起向著更高更遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)。團(tuán)結(jié)使我們更強(qiáng)大，看到新的同事加入我們的大家庭也總讓我們倍感歡欣鼓舞。我對(duì)新同事的建議是要樂(lè)觀，不要懼怕困難，只要我們凝聚在一起——這就是力量。

我的母語(yǔ)是俄語(yǔ)，雖然我英文說(shuō)得不好，但我一直在努力學(xué)習(xí)，語(yǔ)言不是我與同事們之間交流的障礙，因?yàn)槲宜莆盏摹罢Z(yǔ)言”——就是誠(chéng)實(shí)、善良、樂(lè)于助人和努力工作。

雖然和大多數(shù)人一樣我生命中的大部分時(shí)間都是在工作中度過(guò)的，但這并不妨礙我騰出時(shí)間休息，我喜歡和兒子一起及在家人身邊享受輕松的休閑時(shí)光。我喜歡徒步，喜歡大自然，喜歡觀察周遭一切美好的事物；喜歡花草，喜歡園藝，喜歡享受通過(guò)辛勤勞動(dòng)所收獲的豐碩成果。

我并不經(jīng)常出國(guó)，但我經(jīng)常有機(jī)會(huì)去中國(guó)。中國(guó)是一個(gè)美麗的國(guó)家，有著悠久的歷史、美妙的自然和令人回味的美食。

時(shí)間是一個(gè)奇妙的東西，因?yàn)樗偸乔那牡貜纳磉吜镒?，使人措手不及。這不，猴年也快要過(guò)去了，在雞年將至之際，我希望在新的2017年及以后的時(shí)間里ICBC永遠(yuǎn)保持“宇宙第一大行”的寶座，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的宏愿，更加強(qiáng)大繁盛。

1.選擇工行是看中什么？

Why did you choose ICBC?

Since ICBC (Thai)is a subsidiary of ICBC,one of the world’s largest bank,beside of the stability of career path,having a chance to work in this international company can provide me the internationally professional experience and enhance my development in relevant knowledge and valuable working skill.

2.對(duì)中國(guó)或工行最感興趣的是什么？

What’s your interest in China or ICBC?

With the supportfrom ICBC strong global network around the world,ICBCT’s business expansion via extensive range of products and services to both international and local markets seems so interesting. Significantly ICBC’s business strategies which have been successfully implemented to compete with domestic players in each particular market is one of the most interesting thought since I have been working in ICBCT.

3.對(duì)新入職員工有何建議？

Any suggestions for new recruits?

To successfully compete with local banks which have been strong and well recognized by local people in many lastdecades,high qualified manpower as specialist and be able to fit in particular fields is a MUST for leading the Company’s businesses growing steadily. To reach such competency human resource,the Company is required to have more specific human resource network (rather than the daily channel)which can feed extraordinarily qualified candidates to the Company.Certainly the competitive benefit programs offering will be inevitable to implement in order to attract such potential applicants.

an addition,the present recruitment and appraisal practice which mainly focuses on oral examination or personal&job interview should include more varieties of examinations. This examination shall be useful for the Company to be able to evaluate each candidate’s knowledge in particular field as well as to appraisehis/her attitude and thinking properly before making the final decision to hire the right person to the right job.Of course it will benefit to low manpower turnover for the Company also.

4.目前遇到的新挑戰(zhàn)是什么？

What’s the new challenge?

Proven by the continuity of business expansion as well as the financial stability of ICBC and ICBCT as a subsidiary in last consecutive years,to be the part of successful year in 2017 especially in Thailand’s banking market seems so interesting.For me,to improve and develop my knowledge and capacity in parallel with the Company’s growing in both business expansion and strong profitability during the environment of intensive financial market looks so challenging.Moreover,upon my responsibility for non-performing loan (NPL)recovery,to achieve the target of debt restructuring at reasonably maximum recovery rate and prevent the existing performing loan from NPL re-entry are the key challenging. Last but not least,for the assets for sale disposal,to complete the sale target of individual asset pieces at the most optimal price is another challenging for the year 2017.

5.對(duì)2017年的工行生活有何期待？

What do you expect for the occupational life in ICBC in 2017?

As mentioned earlier about some challenging in part 4,I would expect to be a part for another successful year for ICBCT in 2017.I do expect to contribute my in-depth knowledgeand valuable experience in non-performing loan management which has been accumulated for more than 15 years to support the business growth of the Company in term of asset quality and profitability.Not just myself,inevitably good team work and well cooperative atmosphere among each related business unit is so important which needs to be focused and contributed by every staff in order to drive the Company to achieve our GOAL.

Why did you choose ICBC?

到工行之前，我在德累斯頓銀行工作。工作相對(duì)輕松，收入挺好，各方面也不錯(cuò)。但作為華人總是缺少一種歸屬感，工作就是打工掙錢(qián)。在我們自己的銀行里工作，忙一點(diǎn)、累一點(diǎn)、收入少一點(diǎn)，但總有一種做貢獻(xiàn)的感覺(jué)，工作也有動(dòng)力。同時(shí)以我華人的背景，在工作和生活中能夠起到連接中外員工的橋梁作用。記得在2005年媒體報(bào)道工行上市時(shí)，我與當(dāng)時(shí)的同事說(shuō)起，基本上沒(méi)有人知道到ICBC是什么。而在2009年離開(kāi)德累斯頓銀行到工行，同事送行時(shí)，大家卻很羨慕我能有機(jī)會(huì)到世界第一大銀行工作。

What’s your interest in Chnia or ICBC?

中國(guó)一直都是我的祖國(guó)。能在屬于中國(guó)的世界第一大銀行——工商銀行工作一直是我的愿望。

Any suggestions for new recruits?

腳踏實(shí)地，努力工作，銀行發(fā)展了，我們就會(huì)有光明的前景。

4.目前遇到的新挑戰(zhàn)是什么？

What’s the new challenge?

我們生活、工作在一個(gè)快速變更的時(shí)代，不斷充實(shí)，時(shí)刻更新知識(shí)以適應(yīng)這個(gè)變化永遠(yuǎn)是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。

Gloriously speaking,ICBC was awarded“Best Emerging Markets Bank”byUK’sEuromoney,Becoming the first Asian financial institution to win this global award. ICBC also achieved ranking the first place among the Top 1000 World Banks by UK’s the Banker and the Global 2000 listed by the Us magazine Forbes.And 1st place on the sub-list of commercial banks of the Fortune 500.I feel so thankfully to choose ICBC as my most promising career.

In my opinion,both are equally important as ICBC was born in China. As ICBC is internationally recognised by the world,certainly China itself is playing a vital role in overall development.Meaning to say,my interest is always seeing unstoppable progression.

Any suggestions for new recruits?

Based on my experience,I would like to share my suggestion to the new recruits as below∶

What’s the new challenge?

Atpresent,banking industries were become more competitive, nevertheless the new challenge for me would be how to generates more profitable and revenue to the bank.

What do you expect for the occupational life in ICBC in 2017?

In my personal expectations in 2017,mycareerpath with ICBC would be overwhelming.I sincerely hope that ICBC would be giving me an opportunity to perform to the next level.
