        摘 要:針對我國選煤生產(chǎn)過程自動化、控制智能化方面存在的在線檢測技術(shù)問題,通過產(chǎn)學研聯(lián)合攻關(guān),完成了使用方便、安全可靠、測量精度高、穩(wěn)定性強的在線煤炭灰分、水分與熱值一體化檢測裝置和重介質(zhì)懸浮液粘度與密度一體化檢測裝置開發(fā),實現(xiàn)選煤、配煤、裝車過程關(guān)鍵參數(shù)在線檢測,為選煤廠全流程智能化控制以及我國煤炭潔凈利用提供先進有效的技術(shù)手段。(1)提出并實現(xiàn)了一種輸煤旁路皮帶在線采制樣整形方案,在此基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)了低輻射、高精度的煤質(zhì)灰分、水分、熱值一體化在線檢測。(2)研制出一種γ射線煤質(zhì)灰分在線檢測裝置,采用極低危險的Ⅴ類放射源取代目前所用的Ⅳ類放射源,大大提高了使用的方便性和安全性。(3)提出了雙頻雙通道正交微波透射水分檢測方法,和現(xiàn)有的單頻單通道方法相比,該方法對煤炭的水分檢測具有更高的精度和更寬的量程。(4)提出了利用灰分和水分對熱值進行在線軟測量的機器學習算法,和現(xiàn)有的線性模型方法相比,提高了熱值的測量精度,擴大了適用范圍。(5)提出了采用可控旁路雙膜盒差壓法檢測重介質(zhì)懸浮液密度和粘度的一體化方案,可以完全取代現(xiàn)有的放射性檢測設(shè)備,有很高的應(yīng)用價值。(6)根據(jù)可控旁路管道中重介質(zhì)懸浮液沉降過程的密度變化曲線,提出了一種利用機器學習和主成分分析對煤泥含量與粘度進行在線軟測量的方法。(7)利用正弦振動式粘度測量儀和開發(fā)的可控攪拌器,提出了一種重介質(zhì)懸浮液粘度的實驗標定方法,解決了重介質(zhì)懸浮液粘度標定難題。

        Development for the detection device of ash content, moisture content, calorific value and viscosity, density

        Abstract:For intelligent control problems existing in the online detection technology of coal production process automation, online coal ash content, moisture content and calorific value detection device and dense medium suspending liquid viscosity and density detection device are developed, which are easy to use, safe and reliable, and also have the high measuring accuracy, strong stability and independent intellectual property rights. The research result can finish the key parameters on-line test of coal preparation, coal blending and loading process, and provide advanced technical means for coal clean utilization and production effectively. (1) The low radiation, high precision on-line detection of coal ash content, moisture content, and calorific value is realized based on the online coal bypass belt sampling plastic package proposed by the research. (2) A gamma ray coal ash on-line detection device is developed, in which the current class of radioactive source IV is replaced by the class V with very low risk, which improving the ease of use and safety greatly (3) The dual-band dual-channel orthogonal microwave transmission moisture detection method is proposed. Compared with the existing method of single frequency single channel, the method of coal moisture detection has higher accuracy and wider range. (4) Machine learning algorithm is proposed, which is online soft measurement of the calorific value using the ash and moisture. Compared with the existing methods of linear model, the measuring accuracy of the calorific value is improved and the application range is expanded (5) The adopting controllable bypass dual bellows differential pressure method to detect density and viscosity of heavy medium suspension integration scheme is put forward, which can completely replace the existing radiation detection equipment and also has a high application value. (6) Based on the density curve of heavy medium suspension settlement process in the controllable bypass duct, this paper proposes a use of machine learning and principal component analysis on coal slime content and viscosity online soft measurement method. (7) Utilizing the sine vibration viscosity measuring instrument and controllable mixer, a calibration method of heavy medium suspension viscosity experiments is proposed, which can solve the problem of heavy media slurry viscosity calibration.
