摘要:提出了一種通過(guò)對(duì)空間相關(guān)的CT解剖模版中所體現(xiàn)的不同組織區(qū)域位置信息賦予不同的藥物運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)律特性,在狀態(tài)空間方法進(jìn)行PET圖像重建的基礎(chǔ)上,建立加入結(jié)構(gòu)約束的動(dòng)態(tài)PET重建框架的方法??紤]到可能出現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)信息與PET濃度分布不匹配的情況,對(duì)低放射性濃度區(qū)域進(jìn)行一定處理,使得該P(yáng)ET重建濃度框架具有一定的區(qū)域自適應(yīng)能力。所采用的 濾波器對(duì)系統(tǒng)和噪聲不做任何假設(shè),只需假定噪聲擾動(dòng)能量有限,更好地適應(yīng)PET重建系統(tǒng)。并且,利用狀態(tài)方程能夠在時(shí)間軸上對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)估反饋的特性,加入時(shí)間域上的約束,將全幀圖像作為整體的一個(gè)時(shí)間-空間信號(hào),大大增強(qiáng)了時(shí)間關(guān)聯(lián)性。最后,開展蒙特卡洛模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)本算法在改善PET重建圖像的分辨率和圖像邊界模糊性方面進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。

Abstract:In order to improve the spatial resolution and regularization of ill-conditioning problem, we expand our investigation into structural constraint. With the advantages of robust nature of filter and easy implementation of state space approach, an improved algorithm for PET image reconstruction is proposed by using segmented anatomical template that provided by other high quality imaging technology such as CT. Compared with other algorithms, experiments conducted by Monte carlo simulations indicate a persuasive assessment that the proposed strategy suppresses noise well, while the edges, boundary information and other details remain clear.
