Hello, everyone. Im very glad to meet you today. Im going to talk about healthy problems among the teenagers.
To keep healthy is more important than anything else. But many teenagers dont care about their health. They dont like eating vegetables or fruits. They eat too much meat. They do sports a little. They not only go to bed late, but also get up late. They may be unhealthy.
If you want to be a healthy adult in the future, you should care about your health. Here are some pieces of advice. First, you should eat enough vegetables and fruits. Please remember a good saying: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. You should stay away from fast food, too. Fast food can make you fatter. Second, doing sports is good for our health. Youd better take exercise regularly. Last, listening to music is also a good way to relax. If you follow my advice, youll be healthy and happy.
