一、案例背景
牛津英語教材具有很多的優(yōu)點,它的內容聯(lián)系社會生活,貼近學生生活實際,并且每個單元都圍繞一個話題,讓學生通過體驗實踐參與合作交流和探究等方式,學習和使用英語,完成學習任務。本課是牛津初中英語7B Unit 4中的一篇閱讀課文,本課的主要內容是圍繞本單元的中心任務“Food and lifestyles”來展開的。這篇課文主要談論了Kitty和Daniel過去和現(xiàn)在的飲食和生活習慣。通過組織開展任務型學習活動,讓學生在教師的幫助和指導下掌握閱讀技巧,提高閱讀能力。知道什么是健康的飲食和生活習慣并養(yǎng)成良好的生活和學習習慣。

Step 1:Warming-up activities
T:Let’s listen to a chant.(Rice,rice,a bowl of rice.Juice,juice,a bottle of juice……)

(這是課前的熱身活動,又為接下來要討論的食物做鋪墊。用肢體語言,表示友好,拉近和學生的距離,營造寬松和諧的學習氛圍。)
Step2:Leading-up
T:Look atthese beautiful pictures of food.What’s it?Do you like it?
(通過問答練習,并讓學生在黑板上板書食物名稱,使學生熟悉和了解食物名稱,并在交流中培養(yǎng)學生的合作精神和解決問題的能力。)
Ss:It’s bread.Yes.I like it very much.
T:Let’s have a discussion.What food Canwe often eat a lot?what kind of diet and lifestyle do you think what is good for our health?
