How To Get Work Done

There are basically two ways to get work done. One way is working individually and the other is working in a team. Of course， they each have their own characteristics.

The former， working individually， can allow people to do things in whatever ways they like. Besides， people can also solve problems by themselves. The latter， however， is quite different. It requires team spirit. As is known to all， two heads are better than one. Many people can talk over problems together. What's more， people can learn from each other in team work.

Personally， I prefer to combine them together. Because working individually can help me build up my ability to stand on my own feet while working in a team gives me a chance to acquire experience from others.

這篇作文要求學(xué)生就完成工作的方式來(lái)表達(dá)自己的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。人們完成工作的方式通常有兩種：獨(dú)立完成和合作完成。兩種方式各有特點(diǎn)。我們可以按照以下三塊內(nèi)容來(lái)安排行文：①獨(dú)立完成意味著自行安排、自己解決問(wèn)題；②合作完成意味著一起討論、相互學(xué)習(xí)；③我喜歡的方式和理由。

這個(gè)選題屬于議論文，議論文一般要有論點(diǎn)、論據(jù)和論證。應(yīng)該說(shuō)，這篇作文雖然篇幅不長(zhǎng)，但這幾個(gè)部分都包含了?？偟膩?lái)說(shuō)，解題正確，結(jié)構(gòu)清楚，行文流暢，語(yǔ)言表達(dá)較少明顯錯(cuò)誤，上下文之間注重銜接。也有適當(dāng)引用，如“two heads are better than one”，說(shuō)明該生平時(shí)注重語(yǔ)言資料的積累。

但也存在一些問(wèn)題，如：

1. 語(yǔ)法問(wèn)題：Because從句不能單獨(dú)成句，所以作文的最后一個(gè)句子要與前面的這個(gè)句子合二為一。

2. 連接詞的使用問(wèn)題：過(guò)多地使用連接詞，尤其是有些部分之間并沒(méi)有很強(qiáng)的邏輯連接關(guān)系。比如“Of course， they each have their own characteristics.”中的“Of course”跟前文缺少“理所當(dāng)然”的聯(lián)系。第二段的每一句之間幾乎都有連接詞（Besides， however， As is known to all， Whats more），也給人一種太頻繁的感覺(jué)。

3. 句子的組織結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題：有些句子顯得比較松散（loose）。英語(yǔ)平均句長(zhǎng)要超過(guò)漢語(yǔ)，希望學(xué)生能學(xué)會(huì)寫(xiě)編織得較好的句子?！癟he former， working individually， can allow people to do things in whatever ways they like. Besides， people can also solve problems by themselves.”完全可以改寫(xiě)為“The former， working individually， can allow people to do things in ways they like and to solve problems by themselves.”

4. 代詞的使用問(wèn)題：作文中存在主語(yǔ)頻繁變換的情況，比如，“The former， working individually， can allow people to do things in whatever ways they like. Besides， people can also solve problems by themselves.”這兩個(gè)句子，完全可以用一致的主語(yǔ)來(lái)統(tǒng)攝，第二句不妨改換為：“It can also allow people to solve problems by themselves.”另外，漢語(yǔ)中的習(xí)慣是重復(fù)出現(xiàn)某個(gè)名詞，如“人們”這樣，“人們”那樣。但在英語(yǔ)中，下文中出現(xiàn)上文某個(gè)名詞，則會(huì)用代詞等替代，如“Many people can talk over problems together. Whats more， people can learn from each other in team work.”中，建議將第二個(gè)“people”改為“they”。
