【教材分析】6A Unit4的話題是“過去和現(xiàn)在”的學(xué)習(xí)與探討,主要內(nèi)容是通過mike一家在學(xué)習(xí),工作和生活等方面過去和現(xiàn)在的對(duì)比,在感受科技改變生活中獲得英語知識(shí)、語法和對(duì)科技進(jìn)步的認(rèn)識(shí)。
【教學(xué)理念】本專題中所學(xué)內(nèi)容更具生活化,教學(xué)中以生為本,重視生活情境的營造,通過生活事物和圖片展示,可以讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備自己或是家人、家庭過去的照片;讓學(xué)生生出參與熱情和課堂表達(dá)交流渴望。激發(fā)學(xué)生主體性預(yù)習(xí)和自讀課文,學(xué)會(huì)用then and now對(duì)事物歸類;在合作交流中掌握單詞、句型,提高本專題學(xué)習(xí)的效果。
【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】
1.掌握和運(yùn)用四會(huì)單詞,感受動(dòng)詞過去式用法,能用…years ago,…could/ could not…Now,…等造句;
2.整體閱讀,理解并朗讀對(duì)話內(nèi)容,學(xué)會(huì)品讀與重點(diǎn)記憶,能夠復(fù)述課文內(nèi)容。
3.感受Then and now對(duì)比,認(rèn)識(shí)科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展于個(gè)人的成長和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步的作用。
【教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)】
1.有條理朗讀,在閱讀中能抓住重點(diǎn)與細(xì)節(jié),有效理解并朗讀對(duì)話內(nèi)容與復(fù)述課文內(nèi)容
2.進(jìn)一步學(xué)會(huì)使用一般過去時(shí),認(rèn)識(shí)一般過去時(shí)與一般現(xiàn)在的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系。
第一課時(shí)
【教學(xué)內(nèi)容】Story time
【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】
1.能聽說讀寫e-book, newspaper, radio, , anywhere, could等單詞,學(xué)會(huì)初步運(yùn)用;
2.掌握動(dòng)詞過去式的發(fā)音及用法,理解感受…years ago,…could/ could not…Now,…句式;
【教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)】
能正確地理解并朗讀對(duì)話內(nèi)容,能比較和運(yùn)用一般過去時(shí)和一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。
【教學(xué)過程】
一、Free talk激趣導(dǎo)入,進(jìn)行Story time學(xué)習(xí)。
師:Look at me , say something about your English teather!
(培養(yǎng)學(xué)生觀察能力,營造和諧的課堂氛圍,讓他們自然的用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)對(duì)老師的形象進(jìn)行描述。)
Look and answer:Look at this photo.Who is this girl? Guess!
Yes, its me! I was a primary school student then. Now Im a teacher at a primary school.
(多媒體出示自己以前的照片,讓學(xué)生“See some pictures and say something about me .”利用照片刺激學(xué)生的感官,讓學(xué)生感受“過去和現(xiàn)在”,學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)單詞couldnt。)
二、出示圖片,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性。
Do you know them? Who is he/ she? (Mike, Mr Brown, Mrs Brown, Mikes grandpa)
Then, how about this boy? Yes, this is Mike six years/ Mr Brown twenty years ago/ Mrs Brown twenty years ago/ Mikes grandpa thirty years ago.
(充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性,結(jié)合學(xué)生形象思維好的特點(diǎn),調(diào)動(dòng)他們表現(xiàn)的沖動(dòng),提高課堂參與效果)
T: can you say sth. about Mikes family?
(出示Mikes family的圖片,結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)比運(yùn)用is/are, was/were進(jìn)行表達(dá),)
T: This boy, he is Mike. Now, he is a young boy. what can he do now?
T: Could Mike do all these things six years ago? What could he do? What couldnt he do?
(注重生活化教學(xué),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生聯(lián)系自己的生活,交流和自由表達(dá);激發(fā)他們的聯(lián)想和想象,學(xué)會(huì)在對(duì)比中理解和使用一般過去時(shí)和一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)句式。)
T:So, six years ago, Mike could read….. but he …
(聽U4 Story time錄音,試讀課文相關(guān)內(nèi)容,圈出動(dòng)詞過去式,嘗試寫出動(dòng)詞原形,提高傾聽能力,感受時(shí)態(tài)的變化。)
三、及時(shí)鞏固,提高自主學(xué)習(xí)效果。
T: Now lets listen to the tape, and try to catch: what they did then and what they do now. And remember to tick them quickly. After learning lets check.
(讓學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)Mikes family其他成員的Then and now,自問自探,提升對(duì)一般過去式句式的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解,老師通過帶著學(xué)生讀與思,獲得自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的提升。這里,要多給學(xué)生展示和表達(dá)的時(shí)間和空間。和學(xué)生一些識(shí)記和拼讀 telephone、mobile phone、newspaper, radio等單詞;讓學(xué)生盡量開展一些復(fù)述活動(dòng)。)
T: Lets try to fill in the table , OK? 根據(jù)表格說一遍。
(總結(jié):It tells us the way to ______ and the way to _______. And the ways are changing now.)
T: This time, lets work in 4. Each one chooses a part to read. Then use the phrases on the blackboard to make a report about your part.
(開展小組學(xué)習(xí),分組合作朗讀,借助板書進(jìn)行反饋學(xué)習(xí)所得,提高學(xué)生課堂接受效果。)
