        跨南水北調(diào)總干渠桁架式系桿拱橋荷載試驗

        摘要:以南水北調(diào)總干渠上85 m跨徑的某鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋為例,采用有限元軟件Midas Civil建立該橋的空間有限元模型,根據(jù)移動荷載分析及動力特性計算結(jié)果,制定橋梁的荷載試驗方案。通過全橋荷載試驗與理論分析,對比檢驗了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與施工質(zhì)量,評估了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力,文中的荷載試驗方法可為跨南水北調(diào)總干渠同類型橋梁評定提供借鑒參考。

        Load test analysis of tied truss arch bridge over main canal of SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project

        Abstract:The finite element software Midas Civil was used to develop a threedimensional model of a practical CFST tied arch bridge with a main span of 85 m over the main canal of the SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project.Based on the results of moving load analysis and dynamic characteristic property calculation,the load test plan of the bridge was proposed.According to the load test and theoretic analysis of the whole bridge,the design and construction quality of the bridge were tested,and the load bearing capacity of the bridge structure was evaluated.The load test method presented in this paper can provide the basis for the evaluation of the same type of bridges over the main canal of the SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project.

        系桿拱橋是由拱肋、系桿、吊桿和橋面系等組成的協(xié)同受力體系,結(jié)構(gòu)受力特性明確。系桿的主要特征是承受拱腳的水平推力為自平衡體系,相比于傳統(tǒng)拱橋不會對外部基礎(chǔ)施加水平推力,對墩臺與基礎(chǔ)的要求降低,具有地基適應(yīng)性好、跨越能力大等特點,在跨越河流、城市干線或高速公路的橋梁上廣泛應(yīng)用。由于結(jié)構(gòu)受力復(fù)雜,必須通過全橋荷載試驗對橋梁的質(zhì)量和安全性進(jìn)行評估。

        某跨越南水北調(diào)總干渠的下承式鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋橋梁,5 結(jié)論

        (1)桁架式系桿拱橋活載引起的彎矩轉(zhuǎn)化為上下弦內(nèi)力,理論計算時拱肋截面加載效率系數(shù)建議采用撓度控制。

        (2)寬幅鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋由于自重大,吊桿直徑較粗,短吊桿抗彎剛度和邊界條件對索力測量的影響不可忽略,建議采用短吊桿索力計算公式進(jìn)行計算。

        (3)本橋荷載試驗分析結(jié)果表明:系桿、拱肋實測撓度和應(yīng)變值小于理論計算,結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能較好;吊桿最小安全系數(shù)為38,滿足規(guī)范要求;一階實測振動頻率比理論值大109~129倍,橋梁整體動力性能較好,滿足設(shè)計與規(guī)范要求。
