摘 要:
在2013年7~8月魯西地區(qū)連降大雨條件下,對(duì)大田環(huán)境下不同玉米品種設(shè)置雨后及時(shí)排水(處理A)和不排水(處理B)兩個(gè)處理,調(diào)查其生理生態(tài)特征和經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀。結(jié)果表明:玉米生育期受漬害脅迫而推遲,處理B中各品種的產(chǎn)量、穗粒重、植株干物質(zhì)、株高、穗位、基部莖粗、葉面積指數(shù)等均低于處理A,而節(jié)根層數(shù)、節(jié)根條數(shù)則有所增加,不同品種對(duì)漬害脅迫的響應(yīng)程度亦有所不同。

Study on Physiological and Ecological Characteristics and Economic Characters of Maize Varieties under Waterlogged Stress

Abstract During July and August in 2013, there were continuous heavy rains in Luxi area. Under this condition, the experiments were conducted in field through setting two treatments, drainage in time (treatment A) and non-drainage (treatment B) after rain, to study the physiological and ecological characteristics and economic characters of different maize varieties. The results showed that the maize growth period was postponed by waterlogged stress. The characters such as yield, grain weight per ear, dry matter, plant height, ear height, basal-stem diameter and LAI of different varieties in treatment B were lower than those in treatment A, while the layers and number of nodal-roots were higher. Different variety had different response to waterlogged stress.

聊城市屬半干旱型大陸性氣候區(qū)域,年均降水量566.7 mm,且6~8月占全年總降水的 62.9%。 高產(chǎn)條件下,夏玉米全生育期土壤水分維持在田間持水量的80%左右,全生育期需水量為417.3~507.45 mm[1]。2013年,該地區(qū)7月份降雨頻繁、降雨量異常偏多(481.5 mm),較常年(157.9 mm)偏多204.9%,從7月9日至7月底,土壤水分長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于飽和狀態(tài),嚴(yán)重影響了夏玉米生產(chǎn)。為此,研究本地主推玉米品種漬害脅迫下的生理生態(tài)特征和經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀,篩選出抗?jié)n耐漬品種,對(duì)玉米生產(chǎn)減災(zāi)豐收具有重要意義。
1 材料與方法
1.1 材料與設(shè)計(jì)
試驗(yàn)在聊城市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院茌平現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園進(jìn)行。玉米品種有農(nóng)華101、隆平206、偉科702、登海605,種植密度為67 500株/hm2。于暴雨結(jié)束后第2天即7月27日設(shè)置雨后及時(shí)排水(處理A)和不排水(處理B)兩個(gè)處理,重復(fù)4次,共8個(gè)小區(qū),小區(qū)長(zhǎng)60 m,寬24 m,小區(qū)面積1 440 m2。處理A、B區(qū)之間分別設(shè)置排水緩沖區(qū)和不排水緩沖區(qū)各5 m,以消除對(duì)處理A、B區(qū)的影響。
1.2 取樣方法及測(cè)定指標(biāo)
取樣前在各小區(qū)選擇長(zhǎng)勢(shì)一致的植株掛牌標(biāo)記,每小區(qū)設(shè)3個(gè)取樣點(diǎn)(每點(diǎn)5株)。取全株綠葉,每10天取樣1次,105℃殺青,65℃烘至恒重,稱重。調(diào)查各品種在不同處理下的抽雄、吐絲期。于乳熟期測(cè)量綠葉面積、調(diào)查根系層數(shù)、根條數(shù)。收獲期測(cè)量株高、穗位、節(jié)間長(zhǎng)度等,并取果穗進(jìn)行考種,包括穗行數(shù)、行粒數(shù)、千粒重、禿頂長(zhǎng)度等,并測(cè)產(chǎn)。
2 結(jié)果與分析
2.1 不同處理下各品種產(chǎn)量的變化
由表1可見,不同處理下各品種最終產(chǎn)量表現(xiàn),登海605表現(xiàn)最好,處理B條件下產(chǎn)量達(dá)到7 048.5 kg/hm2,與處理A條件下的9 759.9 kg/hm2相比減產(chǎn)幅度僅為27.78%,而農(nóng)華101在處理B中產(chǎn)量?jī)H為4 297.8 kg/hm2,產(chǎn)量降幅最大,達(dá)44.33%。
