相信大家對access這個詞很熟悉，但具體意思是什么，有多少人能清楚地說出來呢？這個單詞總讓人有種只可意會而不可言傳的錯覺，因此能夠準確應用就更難了。Access作動詞時意為“接近（或進入、使用）；訪問（計算機文件）”；作名詞時意為“進入（權）；查閱（或使用、接近）的機會（或權利）”，常與介詞to連用。上面句子考查的是access作名詞時的常用短語“give sb. access to ...”，意為“給予某人查閱（或使用、接近）……的權利”。

Interest這個單詞真是“老熟人”了，不過它在此卻不是“興趣，愛好”的意思。Interest作為名詞還有“利息；利益”之意，而rate of interest則表示“利率”。
