【摘 要】 本文通過(guò)對(duì)汽油中銅含量測(cè)定結(jié)果的不確定度評(píng)定，分析測(cè)量過(guò)程中不確定度的來(lái)源以及銅含量測(cè)定結(jié)果不確定度的主要影響因素。

1 引言

汽油中的銅是一種非?；顫姷拇呋瘎稍诘蜏叵麓偈篃N類(lèi)氧化。顯著提高膠質(zhì)的形成速率，嚴(yán)重危害汽車(chē)的行駛及安全性能。我國(guó)環(huán)保部發(fā)布的GWKB 1.1-2011規(guī)定了第四、五階段的汽油中銅的限量[1]。因此，準(zhǔn)確快速地測(cè)定汽油中銅含量至關(guān)重要。本文對(duì)火焰原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定汽油中銅含量的不確定度擬定了評(píng)定步驟，并給出了影響不確定度的主要因素[2]。

2 試驗(yàn)部分

2.1測(cè)量方法

在324.75nm處，試樣直接經(jīng)火焰原子吸收光譜儀測(cè)定吸光度后，與相近的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液吸光度比較，計(jì)算試樣中銅含量。

2.2主要儀器設(shè)備和試劑

8 結(jié)果與討論

從不確定度分析結(jié)果可以看出，影響汽油中銅含量測(cè)定的主要因素是測(cè)量重復(fù)性和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液濃度。而在配制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液時(shí)，天平引入的不確定度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于定容體積變化引起的。因此，在實(shí)際測(cè)量中，應(yīng)通過(guò)增加平行測(cè)定次數(shù)和采用逐級(jí)稀釋的辦法，從而最大限度地提高測(cè)量結(jié)果的可信性。
