        “庭院深深深幾許,楊柳堆煙,簾幕無(wú)重?cái)?shù)。 ”從霞灣巷的后門(mén)步入富義倉(cāng),庭院幽深,楊樹(shù)如蓋,斑駁的石灰泥墻,腳下鋪砌的青石地磚,風(fēng)雨侵蝕后露出瓷片碎瓦,透露出歷史的信息。

        穿過(guò)三進(jìn)富義倉(cāng),行至最深處,便是韻和書(shū)院;推門(mén)而立,清波蕩漾,柳絲搖曳,面前便是悠悠流淌的京杭大運(yùn)河;抬首望去,乾隆下江南登岸時(shí)的御碼頭依舊雕欄畫(huà)棟地佇立在那里。

        這座曾經(jīng)的“天下糧倉(cāng)”,如今傳奇般地華麗轉(zhuǎn)身,搖身一變?yōu)榧瘯?shū)院、茶館于一身的書(shū)茶館,古代的物質(zhì)糧倉(cāng)即刻轉(zhuǎn)身為精神糧倉(cāng)。

        “天下糧倉(cāng)”富義倉(cāng)

        與北京南新倉(cāng)并稱“天下糧倉(cāng)”的杭州富義倉(cāng),位于京杭大運(yùn)河畔,迄今已有130多年歷史。清光緒六年(1880),浙江巡撫譚鐘麟因杭城糧食告急,用重金1萬(wàn)1千兩白銀購(gòu)買(mǎi)霞灣民地10畝,建造倉(cāng)庫(kù)儲(chǔ)糧,并以孔子的“富而不義,于我如浮云”之反意取名“富義倉(cāng)”。

        富義倉(cāng)是當(dāng)時(shí)最大的糧倉(cāng),規(guī)模最大時(shí)有13幢儲(chǔ)糧、辦公建筑。年吞吐量多達(dá)幾十萬(wàn)擔(dān),對(duì)日常百姓的糧米供應(yīng)及貢糧儲(chǔ)備都起到了極其重要的作用。拱墅區(qū)是京杭大運(yùn)河南端

        的貨物集散地,是江南供物漕運(yùn)的起點(diǎn),來(lái)往運(yùn)輸十分繁忙。直到1901年南糧北運(yùn)的漕運(yùn)廢止后,富義倉(cāng)即告歇止。民國(guó)時(shí)為浙江省第三積谷倉(cāng)。1949年后由杭州市糧食公司接管,作為民生倉(cāng)庫(kù)分庫(kù),后部分改為軍區(qū)家屬宿舍和杭州造船廠職工宿舍。到了上世紀(jì)70年代,富義倉(cāng)前門(mén)的兩幢建筑辦起了學(xué)校,當(dāng)時(shí)霞灣巷區(qū)的孩子們都在此讀小學(xué)。

        在本世紀(jì)初的杭州運(yùn)河綜合保護(hù)工程中,這座百年老糧倉(cāng)劫后余生,慶幸得到很好的修繕和維護(hù)。2001年按照修舊如舊的原則開(kāi)始重修,2007年竣工。如今,富義倉(cāng)古樸的院落、石基、木板、土圍墻、青瓦頂,依然原汁原味地保留在這里。2005年列為省重點(diǎn)文保單位,2013年列為國(guó)家級(jí)文保單位。

        富義倉(cāng)得以完整保存下來(lái),還有一個(gè)感人的故事。事情發(fā)生在2001年深秋的一天,當(dāng)時(shí)房產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商正準(zhǔn)備拆遷富義倉(cāng),倉(cāng)里僅存的唯一住戶、富義倉(cāng)小學(xué)的一位60多歲的方姓女教師堅(jiān)守在二進(jìn)院的屋子里,怎么也不肯出來(lái)。當(dāng)推土機(jī)推到方老師住的屋子時(shí),大家卻發(fā)現(xiàn)方老師不見(jiàn)了。工頭擔(dān)心把老太太埋在土里,就派工人下去找人,卻意外發(fā)現(xiàn)空曠的屋里除了簡(jiǎn)單的家具,只有方老師抱著一只碩大的石龜?shù)牟弊?,嘴里絮叨著什么,龜身上立著一塊兩米見(jiàn)方的石碑,碑身上刻著清應(yīng)寶時(shí)所撰的《新建富義倉(cāng)記》碑記。此事傳開(kāi),著名文保專家毛昭晰先生上書(shū)杭州市委,呼吁搶救富義倉(cāng)、拯救歷史遺跡。

        杭州市人大常委會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、部分委員及人大代表也到富義倉(cāng)考察,了解情況。2002年1月,時(shí)任省委常委、杭州市委書(shū)記的王國(guó)平作出批示:“在拆的立即停止,已拆的妥善修復(fù)。 ”有著一百多年歷史的富義倉(cāng),終于虎口脫險(xiǎn),幸免于難,被列入運(yùn)河二期整治工程。

        從義倉(cāng)到書(shū)院的華麗轉(zhuǎn)身

        “三年前來(lái)這里開(kāi)書(shū)院,目的是想典藏好書(shū),擁書(shū)自雄,還想開(kāi)個(gè)國(guó)學(xué)講堂,弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化。 ”韻和書(shū)院院長(zhǎng)吳艾倩談起成立書(shū)院的初衷時(shí)這么說(shuō)。

        說(shuō)來(lái)吳艾倩也算是眾多優(yōu)秀文化新浙商中的一員。早在1992年她就開(kāi)始從事圖書(shū)策劃出版事業(yè),2002年首創(chuàng)圖書(shū)商場(chǎng)超市連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)。20年的書(shū)海耕耘,為的是那個(gè)心中的圖書(shū)情結(jié)。2010年,她毅然斥巨資投資文化產(chǎn)業(yè),成立韻和書(shū)院,開(kāi)始了她的書(shū)茶之夢(mèng)。

        書(shū)院選址在京杭大運(yùn)河畔的富義倉(cāng)內(nèi),一開(kāi)始就與茶結(jié)了緣。

        因?yàn)闀?shū)緣至深,吳艾倩對(duì)這個(gè)全新的書(shū)茶夢(mèng)也有著獨(dú)特的理解。她常喜歡月夜里靜靜地待在韻和書(shū)院,發(fā)思古之幽情,浙江巡撫譚鐘麟,漕舫鐵殼船,身著清朝馬褂、頭上留著長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)辮子的男人們,大襟棉布花衣的女人們……

        “現(xiàn)代人活得匆忙且單調(diào)乏味。我是一個(gè)閑不住的人,我只想讓大家有機(jī)會(huì)坐到茶藝師的位置上,去體驗(yàn)泡茶時(shí)的情趣,研習(xí)藝術(shù)插花、習(xí)香品香、打坐聽(tīng)禪,握住毛筆寫(xiě)大字,傾注心神一筆一畫(huà)地寫(xiě)著屬于自己的《心經(jīng)》《論語(yǔ)》,忘掉自己的身份,忘掉自己的煩惱。 ”吳艾倩說(shuō),為了韻和書(shū)院,為了運(yùn)河文化,她要“和運(yùn)河談一生的戀愛(ài)”。

        大運(yùn)河畔自從有了韻和書(shū)院,這流淌千百年的運(yùn)河岸邊,便傳出了瑯瑯書(shū)聲。藏書(shū)、講學(xué),歷來(lái)是書(shū)院主要功能。憑借從業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),韻和書(shū)院迅速建立起了典藏經(jīng)籍的書(shū)庫(kù),使飽經(jīng)蒼涼的義倉(cāng)飄出幽幽的翰墨書(shū)香。這里不僅有鎮(zhèn)院之寶 —全套1184冊(cè)乾隆欽定線裝《四庫(kù)全書(shū)》,123冊(cè)《傳世藏書(shū)》,還有作為運(yùn)河文化保護(hù)使者而收藏的100冊(cè)京杭大運(yùn)河畫(huà)卷,以及無(wú)數(shù)線裝古籍傳世典籍。韻和書(shū)院因此被譽(yù)為三千里大運(yùn)河上首家“文化糧倉(cāng)”。

        書(shū)院開(kāi)業(yè)不久,就開(kāi)設(shè)韻和講堂,開(kāi)辦了韻和系列國(guó)學(xué)講座,請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外知名的專家學(xué)者不定期開(kāi)辦各類(lèi)國(guó)學(xué)講座,致力于讓全世界都聽(tīng)到東方文化復(fù)興的鐸聲。時(shí)任全國(guó)政協(xié)副主席黃孟復(fù)聽(tīng)聞后興高采烈前來(lái)探訪,中央文史館館員劉夢(mèng)溪先生慕名前來(lái),留下七贊書(shū)院的佳話,浙江省政協(xié)前后兩任主席劉楓、周?chē)?guó)富也光臨書(shū)院參觀考察,眾多著名書(shū)畫(huà)家、教授、學(xué)者、作家、詩(shī)人前來(lái)品茗交流,感受文化的魅力。

        書(shū)茶館里的“書(shū)茶一味”

        自從富義倉(cāng)開(kāi)設(shè)了書(shū)茶館,吸引了許多文人雅士前來(lái)品茶論道。有為書(shū)而來(lái)的,也有為茶而來(lái)的,更有為書(shū)香茶韻而來(lái)的。有人在書(shū)院寫(xiě)下了這樣的詩(shī)句:書(shū)是傳世書(shū),茶是文人茶。書(shū)香悅?cè)诵?,茶韻?rùn)容顏。文士低頭吟,書(shū)茶出一味。

        走進(jìn)韻和,感受韻和。韻和書(shū)茶館的文人茶是“琴棋書(shū)畫(huà)酒茶”的茶,是“坐擁書(shū)城吃茶去”的高雅文化。你可以約上三五親朋知己來(lái)書(shū)院讀書(shū)品茗,抑或在書(shū)茶館的紅木椅上閱讀,在“歸去來(lái)兮”的小花園里泡茶,在“燕居香語(yǔ)”的典雅庭院里聞香。當(dāng)你坐在四庫(kù)書(shū)房里,在等待每一泡茶沖開(kāi)時(shí),你可以感受“坐擁書(shū)城,紅袖添香”的風(fēng)雅;你還可以點(diǎn)一場(chǎng)“花語(yǔ)茶藝”表演,且看茶藝師名壺烹茶,美器藏饈,品一份優(yōu)雅精致。你更可以一人獨(dú)坐,品鑒佳茗,撫琴聽(tīng)雨,賞讀詩(shī)文,推敲文字,放飛思緒,作兩首小詩(shī)……

        文人茶與香道相結(jié)合,一個(gè)以“書(shū)茶一味”為主題的文化體驗(yàn)之旅,已接待了來(lái)自50多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的數(shù)千名來(lái)賓。

        “韻和女人 ”是書(shū)院的一大品牌,以韻和女人學(xué)堂為中心,以生命瑜伽修煉為主課,創(chuàng)意策劃了韻和女茶、韻和女酒、韻和女裝等系類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。韻和女人同樣好奇古,喜高雅,如詩(shī)詞文字、美句華章,如琴棋書(shū)畫(huà)、佳茗奇香,擁有精滿氣暢神足的亮麗儀表、優(yōu)雅談吐、高貴氣質(zhì),這正是文人茶所需要的內(nèi)涵和境界。

        韻和的船娘家宴是運(yùn)河上船娘們用心烹調(diào)的愛(ài)心美食,回味無(wú)窮,滿足了高端人群追求私密、圈層、尊崇的消費(fèi)心理。杭州不缺美食,惟獨(dú)缺少在“天下糧倉(cāng)”里用餐這份優(yōu)雅的文化風(fēng)情。

        2013年以來(lái),韻和書(shū)院相繼舉辦了諸多與書(shū)茶、與傳統(tǒng)文化相關(guān)的活動(dòng)。從“禪商研習(xí)班”到“沉香之旅”,從“全國(guó)讀書(shū)日書(shū)茶會(huì)”到“蓮心沙龍”,從六月六“韻和曬書(shū)節(jié)”講述“我與書(shū)的故事”到七月七舉辦浪漫而詩(shī)意的“玫瑰茶會(huì)”,從盛夏的“微國(guó)學(xué) ·慧生活”系列國(guó)學(xué)講座開(kāi)講到中秋前夕“大運(yùn)河書(shū)茶節(jié)”盛會(huì)……

        Canal Granary Turns into Academy

        Fuyi Grain Warehouse in Hangzhou used to be one of the largest grain storage facilities on the Grand Canal of China. It was erected in 1880. After a serious grain supply shortages in Hangzhou, Zhe-jiang Governor Tan Zhonglin purchased a plot of 0.67 hectare by the Grand Canal for 11,000 silver taels and built an extra large grain storage facility. Located at the southern end of the Grand Canal , it served as part of the distribution center. At the most important years, the compound had 13 warehouses and offices and the grain handled there a year amounted to hundreds of thousands kilos. Though the tribute grain system was abolished in 1901, the warehouse contin-ued to function as a granary. After 1949, it came into the possession of Hangzhou Grain Company. The warehouse was later transformed into a dormitory compound for a local military unit and for workers of the Hangzhou Shipyard.

        In the early years of this century, Hangzhou launched a com-prehensive preservation project for the urban section of the Grand Canal. The granary had survived all the tumultuous twentieth century,but it was almost leveled in the autumn of 2001 when a real estate developer was about to dismantle it and clear the ground when they found a retired school teacher living in the middle sec-tion of the compound refused to move out. People were sent in to

        see what was going on and were astonished to find that the primary

        school teacher was holding the neck of a giant stone turtle which

        carries a 2-square-meter stone tablet on its back and murmuring.

        The tablet has a memorial inscription on the construction of the granary in the Qing Dynasty. After the incident was reported, the government took action. Wang Guoping, the Hangzhou CPC chief, gave a concise instruction: “Stop dismantling immediately and re-store whats gone.” The time-old granary was put into the second

        canal improvement project.

        In 2001, the refurbishment project was launched on the granary and completed in 2007. The granary keeps its original design, structure and material: the compound, the stone founda-tion, the wood structure, the adobe walls, the black roof tiles. In 2005, it was listed as a key cultural relic site for preservation at the provincial level and in 2013, it was inscribed on the national preser-vation directory.

        Yunhe Academy of Chinese Classics moved into the third courtyard three years ago and is flourishing. Founded by the lo-

        cal businesswoman Wu Qiqian, the academy serves as a library, a

        lecture room, a school where people can study ancient classics, and a teahouse. Wu started her book publishing business in 1992 and founded a book sales chain in 2002. She has accumulated a fortune over the 20 plus years. In 2010, she put money into this academy.

        The academy boasts a valuable collection of books, including the 1,184-volume Emperor Qianlong Version of Complete Works of Chinese Classics. Also in the collection are 123 volumes of Heirloom Books, 100 paintings with the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal as the subject and numerous thread-bound books of ancient times. The academy is now a venue for lectures on Chinese classics. Lecturers are from home and overseas. The lectures have at-tracted wide attention.

        The academy also offers a tea-book service to visitors. That is, you can lounge at the acad-emy, enjoying a cup of tea, reading a book from the library and sitting outdoors or in the library itself or in the tea-book room. No matter where

        you are at the academy, you are sure to find a

        comfortable chair.

        The unique tea-book association offers an

        insight into the glamour of the ancient Chinese classics. The Yunhe Academy has attracted

        In 2013, the academy held a series of events associated with books, tea and traditional culture, including a seminar on Zen and business, a tea party held on the National Day for reading, a gather-together on the sixth day of the sixth month on the lunar calendar when scholars in ancient times aired their book collections out-doors, a romantic rose tea party on the seventh day of the seventh month on the lunatic calendar, and a series of lectures on classics and wisdom of life, tea and book festival before the Moon Festival.

        Though economically the canal is no longer what it was in the past centuries, the academy carries on the cultural essence of the great canal: culture based on material prosperity.
