Ms. Luo Bin was born in Zhang Jiajie， Hubei Province. She graduated from Hunan Arts and Crafts College in 1989 and then took advanced study in the First Senior Study Class of Creation on Landscape and Fan Yang studio. Currently she is a member of China Artists Association， the vice-chairman of Female Painters Association of Hunan and a speciallyappointed professor of the Deparment of Fine Art of Jishou University， etc. She has held many sole exhibitions and participated in some famous group exhibitions and won lots of grand prizes.

羅彬，女，土家族，湖南省張家界人。1989年畢業(yè)于湖南工藝美術(shù)學(xué)院，2005年進(jìn)修于中國美協(xié)首屆山水畫創(chuàng)作高研班，2007年進(jìn)修于中國國家畫院范揚工作室。作品多次參加全國大型展覽并獲獎?，F(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，湖南省女畫家協(xié)會副主席，湖南省張家界市文聯(lián)委員、美協(xié)副主席，吉首大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院特聘教授。

山水畫《魂系天門》2001年入選中國美協(xié)“紀(jì)念毛澤東在延安文藝座談會上講話”發(fā)表60周年全國美展，并在湖南展區(qū)獲銅獎。

山水畫《初日》2003年入選中國美協(xié)第十七次新人新作展。

山水畫《峰色秋還好、云容晚更親》入選中國美協(xié)2005年度中國畫展。

山水畫《田野》2006年在中國美協(xié)“紀(jì)念長征勝利70周年”中國名家暨中國美協(xié)首屆高研班優(yōu)秀作品展中獲優(yōu)秀獎。

山水畫《天門仙境》2006年入選中國美協(xié)黃河“壺口杯”全國中國畫提名展。

2008年在張家界市舉辦個人繪畫作品展。2006年至2010年，先后在鄭州、濟(jì)南、合肥等地舉辦聯(lián)展。

作品多次在《人民日報》、《美術(shù)》雜志、《中國書畫報》、《解放軍畫報》刊登。
